I should say this is Roll made by Nachan. A very nice design with a familiar color scheme.

I changed the Helmet to add those missing details and made some changes to her face and other stuff. Everything was done from scratch to match the references from the anime:

EDIT: Reworked the face (because she looked off to me), the helmet and added the thingy that goes under the neck that was missing before.

There is also a Halloween version I made specially for the Halloween festivities. I had to use one of our headmods so I would recommend you to redownload mods and everything.
