Exclusive Pre-Release: Chel (Patreon)

You've been asking for Chel and she's come to us! I really haven't done much to Chel due to lack of time and I wasn't planning on releasing her yet but I thought about a comment from one of my patrons who has been very vocal about it (which I love) and decided I will do some pre-releases as Exclusive content. At the end I will release the finished version here and later to the public so everyone can enjoy it.

Any feedback on the designs - from past releases or current pre-releases - from you, would be awesome to read and if this works fine I may keep doing this in the future. We'll see.
