INK process: Fourmille from Ekhö (Patreon)
Content
Hello my fantastic Patrons
Yes, I know, I've been a little absent this month. My books' deadline is approaching and time runs too fast! This is why I'm going to PAUSE your billing to my page for a couple of months! Your access will stay open, you'll be able to see all the content as usual , and I'll also try to post something :) but it will be for free for you (not for everyone! Just the actual patrons).
It's a way for me to apology for not being able to post as much as I wanted in this period, and I really need to concentrate on the deadlines!
SO: many of you answered to my question: what content would you like to see ? And many answered "inking", so here goes a little inking video!
It's a panel from Ekhö book 11. As you can see, I ink with pigment pens, imitating a little a brush inking , making the line thicker and thinner where I need to.
I inked with brushes and china ink for many years, then I decided to take a break and adopted this technique. Why? I find it faster and it requires a little less concentration than "real" brush inking .
I hope it will be helpful :)
hugs!
