Video Game - Dungeon of the Endless

A game that can either be played singleplayer or with up to 4 friends, you find yourself in an abandoned spaceship that is crawling with monsters. Your goal is to get to the surface and find out what's going on the outside. You slowly make your way through rooms, encountering merchants, recruits, monsters, and more. A wise cast of characters, all with unique abilities and specialties, awesome loot to find, there really isn't any other game like this one. You may need a guide while playing, as there's a lot of aspects that aren't initially abundantly clear. Also, one session can take up to 4 hours depending on RNG, but you can save and continue later, even in co-op. I highly recommend trying it out. It's one of my personal favorites. 

 TV Show - The Righteous Gemstones

Just recently finished watching this one. It's a hilarious parody of religion and the corporate  money-making nature of large scale church industries. All of your protagonists in this show are not very good people, yet I still felt for them. There's quite a few moving scenes in this show, where the characters feel like people. But there are others where you realize just how terrible people can be. If you can overlook the constant religion references, mostly done in a parody setting that mocks it, this show is quite the ride. Basically your main cast are the Gemstones, a rich family known for leading a large industry of catholic churches and religious influence. A lot of things happen, such as reminiscing over the loss of loved ones, dealing with the imperfections of ourselves, overcoming envy and finding forgiveness, with a whole bunch lewd and crude humor inbetween. Highly recommend. Can only be found on HBO, though I'm sure you clever people can find alternative means to watch it.
