Both Packs got a fix for a rare problem a few have had where animations with the "Base Game Debug Cuffs" wouldn't show in game.

Won't affect players who didn't have the problem, but will solve the issue for those that did.

Added more animations tags.

Apologize for the late "late update". Some things came up, positive things for a change, that ate into my animations time.

Next Update should land around the 24th, with one more after that squeezed in before the end of the month.
