This episode is kinda like irratatingly dissapointing in the middle part. You're all circling around the idea around the problems with wealth and consequences with the implementation of societal equity. Like, I get y'all aren't knowledgeable in everything and whatever, but like at least look into like a *few* aspects of communism and Karl Marx's red book! Namely: the detachment of value and wealth from a monetary system and the concept of dialectical materialism as a start. Fred Hampton didn't get murdered by chicago pigs only for Kingston to know him as a name. Listen to the Upstream podcast if you need context for the theories, though. American Communism is seriously something that needs to be known about.
