When it comes to OnlyFans these dudes are so stupid it's insane. A lot of women make nothing on OnlyFans. If Derek and Chris did it they'd probably make more than most women but they're too afraid to try. I feel like if they haven't even tried it then the whining comes off as nothing more than semi-misogynistic.

Coercing and pushing desperate women into sex work to make ends meet sounds like a really bad idea. A handful of women making bank off of OnlyFans doesn't make what you guys are talking about any less predatory for everyone else involved

You guys make more money now than most girls on onlyfans

Dude, most research seems to show that people going over 40 hours a week are no longer working at the same productive level. I honestly don't think working too long makes your output automatically better. BUT!! Inspiration does NOT strike exclusively during your typical 9 to 5! So I do think you are right in a way. It's just not about the amount of hours. It's more about striking the iron while it is hot. Which will lead to you working more that 10 hours at a time.

I went to the beginning of Chris's instagram and the new years photo be mentioned in this episode was indeed not there.

There’s No I in LLC

I remember flipping the ps2 upside down to read discs.

Maybe the original idea of Voodoo is just worshipping the dead, but those who follow it do things like invent poisons that turns people into suggestible zombies (by their own claim). And a weirdly large part of the religion seems to be bent on revenge or control over someone.

I imagine that only a small percentage of women on OF actually make bank, same with any creative endeavour. I imagine most manage to make some side hustle money, which is cool but depending on where they live or their online community it may not be worth it. The ones that actually make lots out of it are probably the ones doing niche fetish stuff, the ones putting elbow grease on their content and some lucky few. I feel like this assumption of ÿou have an OF so you must be swimming in cash" is like when people heard about Pewdiepie and thought every youtuber was rich.

For the Valentine’s Day thing, I have no idea why some people care so much about the actual day? Jordan and I barely ever celebrate our anniversary on the day of xD it’s whenever we have time and we can spend it together. The actual date of fucking year shouldn’t matter at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️ people are wack if they care about that.

The problem with crunch isn’t that it is not used to make “masterpieces” it’s being used as a standard practice rather than individuals being passionate. The managers and higher ups use it on developers to make up for mismanaged projects, the most prolific examples being BioWare and CD Projekt Red. I think these developers are passionate, but when you’re normalcy is constantly working at 110% because you don’t have enough time your projects will suffer. Companies are bleeding developers because of burnout and because of how they’re being treated. Working at a company like Insomniac is a dream for many developers because it has protections, guarantees, and devs aren’t worried about random layoffs or managers breathing down their necks for problems not being dealt with instantly.

Yeah that part was hard to listen to haha I work in the gaming industry, and there are plenty of people (myself included) who voluntarily work extra because they're passionate about their work. The problem is when you create a culture of forcing people to do that even when it's something they're passionate about, it kills the passion. And people wonder why so many AAA games seem soulless
