What are the rules on suggesting other peoples OCs? Like, if I asked for Jollyjacks Chloe Sinclaire and Mischievous Mr. Fox?

Chloe does count as a 'Comics' character since she's in the Sinclair Global comics JJ makes and not just a random OC. I suppose it has to be one of those things where they have a place in pop culture and enough folks would be down to vote for it. And said creator has to prolly be okay with other folks making sexy parody art with their characters. If ya asked JJ, he'd prolly be amendable since he's a long time GD fan himself.
