I will say the comedic aspects aren't doing much for me, especially that one store employee...Goji (I think). Those types of characters really put me off. They're so over-the-top all the time and it gets old quick. I know that's a personal bias though. I do want to know how the story will progress and what happened to Yang's family and why the store is so super important to him. His attitude hasn't bothered me, probably because it's relatable. If I was around someone like Phumjai all day, I'd walk around with a stank face too. Phumjai's brother... I think they're trying to come from a place where he's pushing his brother so hard to stop bumming around at home 'cause their parents won't. Other than the fact that he's dating one of his brother's friends, I don't get the hiding the relationship bit. I'm hoping it's a mistranslation 'cause all I got was that they needed to keep it quiet until Phumjai got a job... That reasoning makes no sense to me.

Yea the humor doesn’t hit for me and would love if they tone it down. I feel like the brother and bestie dating is a bit of a missed opportunity cause their scenes are so similar.

Yeah. They could show this couple doing something else or having some discourse. If they just continue to hug while one of them looks around for peepers, Imma be mad.
