This could have been a special episode. I wanted to see what happened in the two years that they were apart. Where did Da Yeol go? Why hadn’t Tae Hyun reached out? And if Da Yeol was still in love with Tae Hyun, why did he stay away? And why was the best friend so salty? I loved the show regardless. I just wish there was more answers.

It felt like a special episode! I was wondering why I was feeling like I missing something 🤣

I really did not love this show but its weird to me that people said the acting was bad. For me, it wasn't the performances that were the cause of my issues with the show at all, it was the writing. If anything the performances are what kept me around till the end. I think there is a really compelling story to be told about a boy who feels responsible for the death of the one person he thinks ever loved him and feels unlovable as a result, and a student athlete who has literally no life experience outside of his sport that he is only doing because he always has. I think it's interesting to explore the relationship between them as they get closer yet each ultimately decide in their own that being together at that moment in high school is not right for them for where they are at in their journeys as individuals. I just think the writing failed to deliver on the potential. It was very messily executed for me. Wishing the best for the actors (and all of Omega X) though! I'd watch them again in another show with better writing.
