yeah it doesn't matter what world you're in murdering a child who hasn't even done anything that evil he's just a jerk is kinda wild, and being a regular person in out world and being like "Yeah murder him" is just pretty weird and a little scary.

The "high schoolers" in this academy are being trained by Arasaka to be future Arasaka agents, corporate executives, guards, etc. In this academy in particular, I would expect bodies to be dropped in high school and kids always have to keep up their guard. I have less of a problem with someone saying "kill the kid" in this setting than in most anime settings.
