RE: She-Hulks name...while she is a derivative character her name/creation was about one thing: Copyright. The Incredible Hulk was on at the time and Stan Lee saw how they spun off The Bionic Woman from the Six Million Dollar Man. He realized that if someone else came up with "She-Hulk" they couldn't do anything. So they invented her to secure the copyright. There are a few characters who were created for copyright reasons.
