Casey voices her in a fighting game. That's what they were referencing at the end.

Neo (the character, with Cinder, at the end there) isn't voiced by anyone in the show. She's a mute character. The singer, Casey Lee Williams, only voices Weiss's singing voice. In BlazeBlue: Cross Tag Battle (a game), she voices the efforts for Neo. But doesn't say anything.

The Schnee family semblance allows them to summon a Grimm they had defeated in the past (Bit more to it than that but for simplicity's sake). Weiss's Knight was a composite Geist Grimm that possessed her Grandfathers suit of armor. She defeated it in the RWBY White trailer.
