One thing to remember is that the “adult” Clones you’re seeing are about 10-13 years old. They were made to age quicker. However, Jango specifically requested that Boba age normally.

Also Boba is a clone of Jango. The reason he calls Jango his father is because Jango requested Boba be clone and age normally so he could raise him as a son. While the other clones were raised to be an army, Boba’s purpose was to be a son with his father. Mace took that away from Boba.

Marketa is also right, in the Mandalorian. Boba Fett explains that his armor is his father’s passed down after his death. He just gave it a paint job.
