That girl in the corner shop, in the red leather coat - you see her in Hamsterdam picking up drugs for the first time. Now she's a hooker with a pimp. Also Rawl's affirmative action spiel was bull. The issue was the stupid numbers game where they were arresting the guy they set up on his way to work, some addict with a couple vials for himself, and affirmative action was Rawl's explanation for that kind of nonsense.

Man Bunk really impressed me in this episode. I don't know how the dude manages to be the biggest hot mess on the show (currently), and still do great police work.

Marketa and Rana look noticeable uncomfortably when they're watching The Wire. This season in particular because of the kids. Gotta love it lol

This season has been really great and it's awesome to see you all enjoying it. This is why The Wire is considered one of the greatest TV shows of all time, second only probably to The Sopranos but that's another conversation.

The Sopranos is the only other show that gets brought up as a mark of quality when people talk about The Wire so I'm pretty close to diving in. There's a thousand supposedly "amazing" TV shows that are just a huge let down after experiencing The Wire. This show made me so picky lol.
