Just a little constructive criticism. I love these Wire reactions. I really do. But there's a particularly annoying thing that's getting worse lately that I hope you guys can improve on. Please stop treating every scene change like an opportunity to review or joke about the previous scene. You miss a ton of early-scene dialogue this way (i.e. when you guys were talking over the important "stoop kids vs corner kids" conversation, or just about all the dialogue between Bunk and Lester). We all love the review conversation, but please keep that for after the episode so we're not getting shortchanged on the reaction because you're missing stuff.

I get what you're say but at the same time, you're basically asking them to watch the show in complete silence because if they make comments or jokes at any point while watching the show, something is going to get missed when it comes to dialogue. But if they watch the show in complete silence there's no point in this being a watchalong, they might as well just cut out them watching the show and only post the review. And chances are if they only post the review but still watched the show together off camera, they're probably still going to talk to each other and miss some things, because I don't know about you but I've never watched a show or movie with another person in complete silence. I understand people don't want them to miss anything while they are viewing content, but their 'in the moment' reactions to things is also a major appeal of their content as a whole, so it's kind of impossible to have both.

It's the highlight of my work week when I get home and watch these reactions :)

All the talk about prop joe reminded me - did you guys ever scope out the three prequel shorts to The Wire? If not, you should watch them at the top of one of these reactions, they're only like 90 seconds each. One is young Prop Joe, one is young Omar, and one is when Bunk met McNulty. Good shit and worth watching, all on YouTube.

This whole season has a "Stand by Me" vibe, but none more so than the last scene of this episode. "You guys wanna see a dead body?"

Good to have you back Suraj man 💪 We need your opinions. I'd be a shit reaction if everyone on the couch was a damn robot, and all had the exact same takes.

The realism of this show is so good Rana ends up being stressed out the entire reaction. I swear i feel like i heard her almost mumble "i fucking hate The Wire" at 22:59 when those two boys came out of the bathroom with the young girl lol.

Suraj!

No, that's not what I said at all. I want them to react to what they're watching, jokes comments here and there just like usual, but don't act as if the show has turned off and suddenly it's time to have a full blown conversation and completely ignore what's happening just because the scene changes. They should continue reacting after scene changes the same way they do throughout the show

Its ice cold how they had "a womans worth" playing when the delivery lady got popped

I'm fine with that, hearing their input is what I enjoy most about their reactions. It's like 6 people reacting, you can't expect conversations to not happen during an important scene sometimes. Chris is usually pretty good about telling them to quiet down when they're talking during an important scene
