The audio/video is out of sync. Also I'm kinda sad that you guys didn't point out Misa being shown in a cage. A "song bird in a cage."

love the discussion about Mikami. I kinda agree with Pat and Nahid. His reveal feels like it came out of nowhere. But its a pretty common thing in deathnote

To be honest It was like that with Misa, Wedy and Aiber.. I wasnt surprised with Mikami...Lights big brain. It made sense. Misa came in sending recorders to a news studio only to leave on a cliff hanger & and we never knew about her...but then next episode it was revealed to be her, some girl with shinigami eyes

There's 2 types of Nahid: "Naruto Nahid I hope our viewers take these lessons learn from them and apply them to real life/Death Note Nahid: I believe in Kiras goals not the way he does it but also hes killing people out there who need to die but also... etc etc" 😂

Man, Patt and Nahid have some messed up ideology and to top it off Nahid's logic makes zero sense. Last episode he said it would be a good world to live in under Kira's rule where everyone agrees and won't do evil things. This episode, he takes a 180 and says "balance" wtf lol. Stop flipflopping and pick one dude

I agree with Nahid on Mikami. It has a lot to do with pacing of the show. At this point we’ve seen a lot of cool cat and mouse shenanigans and have gotten so used to Light making cool plays that the Mikami reveal feels a bit phoned in especially after the other guy that Light used as Kira. His appearing scene is almost upstaged by the deaths of the fake news people. They were characters without real stories but they did a lot to show the effect of world gripped by Kira in a way dramatically and almost creepily tangible to real life. His delete mode is entertaining though. I find Misa to be one of the weaker characters in the show, but her appearance was early on enough that we were like “ohh another person with death note and another shinigami?!” A second Kira was a wild card for the audience and Light. She created a new kind of tension before you even knew “who” she was.Her interactions with Rem and that other shinigami who saved her had an emotional payoff with L’s death that felt built into the world. I wish Misa died somewhere around L’s death though lol.

I wouldn't take what nahid say so seriously he said the same thing about Misa in episode 12 and following episode later they were fine with her character. They contradict themselves heavenly

I only referred to Nahid because he brought up an aspect of character/plot on which I’ve already had an opinion I wanted to express. The normies’ discussions on morals(especially the flip flopping ones) in the context of the show is one of my favorite parts of this series.
