Just so you know Padme is five years older than anakin not that big of a deal

At this point Anakin is about 20, Padme is 25. He was 19 in Attack of the Clones when they got married. I'm assuming almost a year has gone by because his hair has grown a lot longer since episode 2. It's not a 7 or 10 year age difference. Also the size of the droid army is estimated to be in the trillions at least, so it makes sense that the Separatists would buy the cheapest ones available.

I think a fun little tidbit about this show (which isn’t a spoiler because you’ve watched ROTS) is that Grevious and Anakin can never encounter each other through the entirety of this series since their first meeting is in the beginning of ep 3. It’s just a fun thing to see just how close they get to each other and yet never meet face to face.

Clone Wars respects it's audience enough to give us that Pixar quality booty/hip ratio on a regular. Padme out here looking like Mrs. Incredible.

Interesting fact about anakin in the comics he was kind of bullied at the jedi temple for not fitting as a kid. The other kids would still call him a slave and the jedi masters didn't do anything about it. They saw it as anakins fault especially when it came to talking about his mother, they just told him to ignore all his frustration and never helped him his problems. When he became to much for them they sent him to palpatine as a kid since they thought he could help him through his troubles but palpatine became that father figure he needed. Basically groomed him as a child, it's pretty sad. That's why he only to palpatine about personal stuff and not the jedi.

Fun fact, in the old Expanded Universe, the Jedi and most people knew about Anakin and Padme having sex. Obi-Wan needed to find Anakin for a mission and couldn't find him so he just found out where Padme was and found her and Anakin on a romantic getaway. They both played dumb while Obi-Wan basically said every padawan on Coruscant knows about what they are doing. It was the worst kept secret. However Obi-Wan and the Jedi all assumed they were just having sex. Which wasn't against the rules, being married and in a relationship was, but Obi-Wan felt Padme and Anakin were just having sex to relieve stress.

the droids are dumb because the separatists traded quality for quantity which is usually bad except that the republic had such a limited number of clones and jedi so it was literally easier to wear them down through overwhelming numbers

In the films, Obi and Anakin only reference their great adventures, instead of showing them. For me, this was a huge part of why the sequels didn't kill it

I just realized with Bad Batch coming out relatively soon they wont be really able to react to it for a while because I am assuming the series will build off clone wars and they are really far away from where we are introduced to the Bad Batch

I would love an animated series about events in between ep 1 and 2 that covered things like this. It could jump around like clone wars and show a bunch of different things. Sifo dias and his story could be done. As well as that infamous line in the elevator at the begining of atotc. About a monster anikan saved Obi-Wan from. And other things like that.
