At 23:06, "How are they chatting in space?" -Suraj. Excellent question. The answer is that Bobbie and Naomi's space suits are touching so the sound is traveling through the suits, that's why the words sound muffled. Naomi and Holden did the same thing in season two putting their helmets together so they could talk without using the radio.

You guys were confused in the Roci space battle. Josef fired the missiles at the second Inaros ship, specifically the heavy frigate (the most powerful of the ships in that fight, it would have EASILY killed the Roci). That’s why he said ‘what we should have done from the beginning’ as in fight against Marco instead of joining him. After distracting the heavy frigate’s defense cannons, the Roci was able to kill that ship with the railgun.

Well said. They also killed the Patrol Destroyer the same way right before that. Drummer fired all her missiles at it and while it was distracted the Roci killed it with one railgun shot.

I also want to mention the epic last stand of the 3 battleships defending the ring. One MCRN Donnager class and two UN Battleships. It was a very well done scene. That's a big loss for the Inners.

Agreed. With Earth and Mars both suffering, losing those capital ships is gonna hurt. Earth won't be in a position to replenish it's navy for a while I should think.

From drummer's crew's perspective, drummer sacrificed one of her own crew and risked the lives of the rest, in order to save her friend's boyfriend's crew - people who they had never met and aren't even belters. It was a huge betrayal and that's why oksana left.

Yeah, she had her doubts that Drummer loved them as much as she loved Naomi&Friends. Even though Drummer made a choice for the greater good, I totally get why Oksana feels so discarded.

I feel like every season of The Expanse have each been better than the last. I agree with Micky, and Nahid. Season 5 was the best. Especially in terms of characterization... That being said. The Alex character definitely deserved better. Bull has some big shoes to fill. - Mikey, you and i both have the exact same opinions on the character of Marco Inaros haha love you brotha. Never change. Glad you said what you said about him throughout this season. - Thank you so much for these Expanse reactions guys. It's been a blast!

My series order: 3 > 2 > 1 > 5 > 4. Still enjoying the show (much more than S4) but wish they kept the pace of Season 3, if S5 was written like S3 the final episode twist would have happened mid-season, could have definitely condensed a lot of the action - and I agree that it felt like a lot of characters spent a lot of time floating in spaceships or walking.

the people complaining about this season clearly don't understand what this show is. if you want nothing but nonstop action, this isn't for you. I don't know how you've made it this far thinking everything has to be balls to the wall. The book series is essentially 3 separate trilogies. The reason season 3 was so fast paced was because they needed to fit an entire book into 6 episodes in order to wrap up that first trilogy. that kind of condensing and rushing of the story is not where I want this show to go. if that's what you want, go watch season 8 of GoT.
