As much as I love watching Spidey and the lollipop it felt like his heart wasn't in this show at all. Really missed Rana though but I like this new dude. I liked his reactions in Dragon Prince as well so can't wait to see more. What's the new guy's name? Mickey kind of mumbled it. I wish y'all would label their names in the beginning. This show is a lot like Bones. Generally the case of the week is meh and serves as a purpose to advance the characters. I'm not saying that's bad because that format works great it's just we're not going to get a lot of mind blowing reveals for the case of the week. People watch this show for the main characters anyway; which is the case for most crime procedural type shows. It's a popular genre for a reason. I think by the end of the season the crew is going to overlook the typical network TV crime drama tropes and love the interaction between the main characters.

I loved Tom Kapinos’ writing on Californiation, so that’s what attracted to me to this show. But, like Pat, I once stopped watching after a while because the predictability of outcomes of cases really frustrated me. If you lower your standards with the crime cases, though, it’s very easy to continue watching. And if you haven’t seen Californication... Let’s just say it’s a hell a lot more vulgar than this show. It’s incredibly funny. And his name is pronounced: uh-men-a-deal

To be honest, I don't watch Lucifer for the crime of the week but for the psychoanalysis of the Devil and the tongue in cheek nature of the show.

Ya'll might have fixed it already, but, your Voices are really low or the Footage Volume is too high. It'd be great to make some adjustments. For the record, there's some Series that can do "Procedural" really well. If you want a good example, I recommend "Saving Grace" (2007).
