At the end of the day, this is a business, and we are paying for a product. If the quality of the product is not what is expected, obviously people are going to and have the right to voice their concern. That's like me going to McDonald's and saying "I learned not to get upset when they take 30 minutes to give me the wrong order, other gotta learn the hard way". But I hope the view is nice from your high horse.

That's not our intention at all. We were late posting today for sure. No excuses but some of our team has been out this week and the person that usually posts this show is recovering from surgery. Still that's no excuse and we promise to be on top of it next time. We absolutely would never wait for the next month to roll over and withhold a video purposely for that reason.
