Tbh, I'm not sure about that, I don't think humanity will ever unite. I think we could, for a briefwhile, but humanity is too individualistic for unity. We would use an alien invasion to get rid of other nations. It's depressing.

While the new content in the manga is amazing, not sure how useful of a react series it would be when it is still only ~20 something chapters past the anime so it would be barely a few weeks just to catch up =/

134 might not be a fan favorite, but it's my favorite episode in the arc.

The movies are really "eh..." they aren't cannon and don't have Togashi doing the writing, though the first one does use his original idea for the Yorknew Arc. The manga is phenomenal though, and the current arc is shaping up to be the best yet. It might not be the best for reacting to, but I definitely recommend you guys read it on your own time if you're up for it. No spoilers, but it gets back to a lot of things you guys think got left behind along the show's progression. Big developments.

Bro I'm tired of people shitting on reactors for "not getting" something that WILL LITERALLY BE ADDRESSED in the coming episodes. Fucking nobody understands every subtext. or interprets every event perfectly their first time watching something. The only people who get mad at people for not perfectly reacting to their favorite series are super fans who have already rewatched it multiple times to know all those things.

I assume what happened was the rose being a nuclear bomb, meaning it gives off tons of radiation. Youpi, Pouf and Mereum were all hit by tons of it being in the centre of the impact. Think Chernobyl but in the this world.
