Have to say it, but about time. XD

Neal Cabanos

ITS FUCKING HERE!!! YESSSSS. Also, you know how we call baby boomers “boomer” for as a derogatory? I started calling millennials “Lenny” cuz we might as well pick the nicknames our grandkids are gonna give us when we tell them they don’t know shit

xIRagnarok

The guy with the pink hair is(or might be) a reference to Natsu from Fairy Tail. He's voiced by Todd Haberkorn. The English VA for Natsu.

L

Maaan and where the fuck is Suraj? He missing out on this shit again? I'm dissapointed...

Jarryd Thompson

They finally gets to see the sauce God himself Hawkw

Jared

Man they should rename post show discussion to Nahid saying absurd shit that embarrasses everyone

DANIEL PEEDAH

Nahid bro.... you;re lost, he literally abused her and even hit todoroki and abused him during practice, you even see him hit her. Bro go back and watch

Kevin Kovacs

noooo we not gonna see that fight :( well it's fine but I was so ready for it!!! :) P.S I hope Suraj is gonna be here for the finale!

Anonymous

I love when Nahid writes the posts

DANIEL PEEDAH

Bro.... he even said they were pandering? Bro the whole point of endeavour is to test your sense of forgiveness and willingness for change, its a big point of contension as to whether he should be forgiven but i've never heard anyone defend his actions

Anonymous

I’m glad that some people remember all the f- up things that the so call number one hero has done. Everyone is praising him like his the greatest hero ever. If someone who hit his wife and son and abuse his family can be call a hero than this society has no chance and should be burn to the ground.

BS

Let’s GOOO!

David Zavala

what is this ending discussion haha can't wait for the next one

Anonymous

lmao the next episode answers all of your questions

xIRagnarok

Well good thing it's all about his START and not the complete redemption of Endeavor.

George Byrd

The anime makes Endeavorout to be much more of an ass than he actually is. Apparently he lived normally with the family for 5 years and was a nice father but when Shoto’s quirk manifested that’s when he started to change. He definitely still abused her though. I think the author mightve retconned a lot of what Endeavor did and changed it around

Neal Cabanos

That 15 minute discussion on Endeavor is literally the point of his character: to answer the question of “what actually is a hero?” And I’m on board for these discussions moving forward. I love it

Fabiola Macias

Nahid- Endeavor definantly physically abused both Shoto and the mother. We see that in Todoroki's origin episode. That led his mother to lash out at Shoto and burn him, so his father put her in a hospital.

TheHumourTumour

Endeavor absolutely physically abused Shoto and emotionally his wife. He's basically supposed to be the reason she went mad and burned her son. And he was very harshly training him. So yeah Marketa is right in that regard. What she's wrong in tho is that Endeavor IS taking steps in the right direction to better himself (saying that he wants to be a father to be proud of and a proper Symbol of Peace). Next ep goes in even further on that. This complicated, grey character building of Endeavor is why hes one of my favs

Anonymous

But.. it's the same in our reality, "Heros" who get praise in the spotlight, but have abusive stuff going on that no one knows. Hell even celebrities that we praise so much admit to dark pasts, but here we are forgiving them. Not everyone changes, it's only the ones who have the heart TO change that really do deserve forgiveness. This is the culmination of Endeavors story and how he realizes what he's done wrong up to this point, and makes the CHOICE to change. Not everyone does this. That's the difference. The CHOICE.

Freddie marcano

It actually showed Endeavour punch Todoroki in the stomach and she went to stop him and he smacked her in Todoroki Origin episode

zaphyre

I really like Endeavour’s character because I enjoy watching the journeys of grey characters. That being said: he WAS abusive, not just to his wife but to Shoto as well. Doesn’t matter if he didn’t abuse them physically, forcing a 5 years old Todoroki use his quirk until he PUKES is nothing short of abuse. He was blinded by personal ambition and treated his family like little pawns to realize his dream. Yes Endeavour is an amazing hero, he truly is or he wouldn’t have been number 2 all along, BUT part of his character being great to watch is the fact that he is NOT a good person. He still owes a huge fucking apology to his family and has to atone for his sins. It’s good that he wants to do better, but like Endeavor himself said: actions speak louder than words, and he has to earn that forgiveness, both by the viewers and his family.

Freddie marcano

To be Fair we never seen Endeavors Growth until these last 2 episodes and beyond. We saw a tiny bit in Todoroki Provisional test, but nothing to be like wow he changed

Smiling viper

Thank you Rana for pointing out about the book of the villain. It was mentioned in the gentle criminal arc where he out done by the author of that book. And that book plays a huge part in story.

zaphyre

and even then, even if Endeavour were to become the best person on the planet, the victims of his abuse do not owe him anything. They can still decide not to forgive him because it’s up to them. Which is why watching his journey is so interesting, because it brings a lot of moral questions. Does he deserve a second chance? And if he gets it, will his family even be willing to forgive him? Can he find a way to fill the void left by All Might? There is so much potential for this character and it’s only fun if you acknowledge how flawed he is to begin with.

PKKite

More proof some people dont believe in change or want people to change. Might as well encourage assholes to keep being assholes since they cant change in your eyes when you think like this. Funfact we know Todo doesn't have all the facts straight on his mom and dads history. He even has shown to have a fuzzy memory completely forgetting how his mom was to him. Its called a unreliable narrator aka a literary device. Blindly believing everything Todo says he remembered at face value without hearing Endeavors or even his mothers story is ridiculous. Yes we know he overworked Todo with harsh training at a very young age. And we saw he hit his wife at least once. And ignored his other children after Todo was born. But thats all we know to speculate more is nonsense based on what we have been shown. Since you know about the next episode already its also been show that Todos mention on that his "mother was bought" because his dad is rich is also unclear. They knew each other at least some time before then based on dialog and a scene. Endeavor has shown improvement in this season alone with how he acts just with speaking with others before this episode. He of course has many steps to take to truly redeem himself but its quite obvious he is taking the steps to do so in the eyes of his family and the public. To say he isint is simply false.

PKKite

Good Guy Mirio at it again.

Corey

So I agree with not siding with Endeavor yet. Everyone acts like he's had this super long redeemable arc, he has had no reason for me to think he has changed yet. He basically married this woman and had kids with her just so he could make the "perfect specimen" like that's so awful. He also mentally and physically abused his family to cause the mother to break and now stuck in a mental hospital. These next two episodes made me feel uneasy because of the fact that its almost glorifying him and acting like hes this changed man, ill side with him when i finally see it

Obito

Endevour did in fact physically abuse todoroki and his wife. The flashback from deku vs todoroki shows him hitting both of them. But he put her in a mental ward after the burn incident, he didn’t beat her into a hospital.

Corey

Nobody is saying that he can't change, what we are saying is he has shown literally nothing to say otherwise

Akram A.

Too bad they edited one more episode of 7 Deadly sins and not the MHA episode instead …

Omar

Business wise it was more important to get the extra episode of 7DS out for the Premium patreons as it had been missing since reactions to it came back

DANIEL PEEDAH

The author has notes on what happened you can look, no one said he can’t change, they’re saying he hasn’t changed yet, stop looking to hate on those who don’t like the character they are free to. He was quite very much into eugenics and in fact was physically and emotionally abusive, regardless of how much, for years, with multiple children being left to grow up without a father as he set his eyes on the #1 spot and a strong heir. His sins aren’t something you just brush off bro

Blue Carl

@nahid any love for space jesus?

thenormies

BRUH i love me some space jeezy!?!? lost count how many times ive seen fam. Fuck i miss festivals - Nahid

thenormies

Guys I promise I eat my words like in the first 2 minutes of the next episode - Nahid

Corey

All good! It's hard to remember everything that has happened to this point. As long as you realize it

Trevor Gallucci

I will say, I don’t mind whenever they sometimes struggle with info from season 1/2 they haven’t seen those seasons in several months and they watch a lot of shows. Deku vs Todoroki clearly shows emotional and potentially physical abuse from Endeavor. Endeavor blatantly ignores his other children for his “masterpiece”, smacks his wife in front of their children, causes Shoto to vomit (I’m assuming by making him train too hard), continuously shows no interest in Shoto as a person. And that’s just from what we have seen. if he is like that normally (he probably is), then he is no doubt an abuser imo. That’s just my personal take. Hopefully a rewatch of some episodes could help clear some things up. Excited to see their next reaction

Anonymous

Wow! Nahid got roasted by Chris :D

PKKite

We also know for a fact Shotos memory is fuzzy during that time about his relationship with his parents at the time. So he is literally a unreliable narrator literary device.

godUsoland

31:30 Ok, no. The marriage was consensual. He didn't rape her; it was an arranged marriage. People still do those. It takes two to get married. And he is trying to become a better person; please watch ep 25.

Kero20042

It sucks that Nahid is getting roasted so bad. I think he completely forgot/missed that Endeavor physically abused Shoto and his mom. In the original flashback, he punches Shoto so hard in the gut that he vomits. Then hits his mom when she tries to help him. It's implied that this behavior went on for quite a while, at least until Endeavor placed Shoto's mom in the hospital for her breakdown. No hate on Nahid at all. They had this conversation before and it seems that the whole group forgot what the specifics of Shoto's flashback were. I think Endeavor certainly has the potential to change and grow as a father. It's pretty much the entire point of his arc up to this point. We as the audience can form our own opinions about him, but his family should come to their own conclusions based on what they experienced.

Deadpool

Wait a minute, Natsu?!

Anonymous

Okay so Endeavor is a super controversial figure. He has abused his family but also saved many lives as a hero which both should not be ignored. He is also responsible now in leading hero society because if he fails then the heroes fail as well. If he wishes to seek redemption people should give him a chance if he truely means it and is commit, BUT should not be forgiven so easily. Which I why I do like him as a character (not a person) because he struggles to become a hero and father yet tries the hardest to seek redemption which should not be easy. Should the man forever be painted by his past and accept it or try become better for the sake of not just himself but for others? If people don’t like him that is great and if so like him great neither are wrong or right about that.

Kero20042

Also, Endeavor's drive for notoriety and struggle to reach the top affected his entire mindset. His abuse ruined his wife's mental health. She was a good mother who was driven into a constant state of fear which is why she burned Shoto. She didn't hurt her son on purpose. She saw the face of the man who was abusing her and reacted in a frightened manner.

Anonymous

kinda disappointing that there's no double drop of MHA after waiting so long... but better late than never.

Anonymous

Nahid wanting Endeavor to look so cool to him so much so that it out weighed the hate endeavor clearly deserved from his emotional and physical abuse of his wife and son and his neglecting for his other kids just made me lose respect for him as a person lol

PKKite

Endeavor haters are the same people who threatened harm on the creator. Id rather be with Nahid than them.

Juniper And Sage

You can't "become a better person" without acknowledging what you've done. The Endevour stans should recognize that themselves, and acknowledge what he did, instead of continuing to defend him and lie about it. Which is what you're doing right now.

L

Endeavor's growth and change started up after All Might lost. It continues on in the manga to build up some more so it isn't like this is the only portion in which he suddenly changes. Endeavor was constantly looking at All Might and didn't know any boundaries to get to where he was. When All Might falls before he could ever hope to get to his place he is forced to look back at what destruction he has caused to feed his ambition. It is a great time to make this change happen in the story because it intertwines with a lot of stuff. So once All Might fell his blind and stupid ambitions came crumbling down as well. Now he has to look and understand what he has done in the process of everything and he realizes he needs to prove and make up the best he can for what he has done out of his blind rage of never being able to make it up to All Might. The story makes it clear nothing will ever be truly fixed but it doesn't hurt to try to mend those broken pieces back together just a little bit.

Gerardo Azofeifa

Chris always cracking me up “workplace shooting with his dick out” 😂😂😂

Gustavo

I love how they always loved Best Jeanist lol

HybridThizzle

The anime community's roasting endeavour as if he's not a multidimensional character while at the same time stanning Askeladd in Vinland Saga and it just goes to show the hipocracy people are willing to exhibit to virtue signal.

Gustavo

I noticed a lot of comments are hating on Nahid on what he said. Ever since he compared Goku and Deku I can't take his discussions seriously anymore so I just ignore him now.

Cory Hawks

This is the stupidest logic ever. By your logic you shouldn't even like a fictional character either then? And also why even care about a fake story as well? It's OK to love and hate fictional characters, and of course threatening someone's life over this is ridiculous, the people who did are clearly insane. But the best fiction writers make you the reader feel a real emotion towards the writers made up stories. And to be like "You shouldn't feel emotions towards fake characters ( and hatred is an emotion) is a ridiculous statement, especially while watching a reaction channel, the whole point is to see their emotions.

Candice Blair

I think Horikoshi is handling Endeavor's character right. I don't think he's meant to be forgiven for all the things he's done, nor is Endeavor expecting it himself. Even in their family, not everyone is on the same page, and that what makes the situation so realistic as well.

Shawn Ryu

Ummm Marketa... Did I spell that right? When you said “I’m uncomfortable with him being #1 hero before he proved himself” What more does he need to prove? Endeavor didn’t just end up being the #2 hero by luck. He’s really powerful and he has the most resolved cases in history, it’s only logical for him to be the next #1. Also I agree he does have a lot to work on... as a husband, a father, and a person. As far as being a hero Endeavor is elite.

Chrisman148

I was thinking of that, however if you think about it the eras are completely different MHA is a more modernized society while Vinland Saga is during a demoralizing era of war pillaging and other horrible atrocities. Askeladd was a product of his upbringing so are his motivations he was raised amoungst vikings therefore his horrible and sociopathic behavior is understood, while Endeavour is just a douche for being a douche his reasons for doing the things he does don't come from his upbringing and as a person striving to be the number 1 hero his personality is very warped, and so in no shape or form is he is a "good person" even if he isn't bad (its for these reasons I disliked Light Yagami from death note but love Lelouch from Code Geass). We knew Askeladd was horrible from the start his neither a hero nor does he want to be one. I Stan DF out of Askeladd btw he deserves it fully lol.

Denver

Nahid here ya go my boy. I remembered exactly what happened so it made it pretty uncomfortable to listen to what you were saying lol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmuxyIL-QRw

Jesse st.facile

I think the point she was making, and she definitely made it clear, is that she’s uncomfortable by the character even being labeled a hero, let alone the #1 hero. Due to the story given so far, he was an abusive father and husband all in his pursuit to the #1 spot

Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen #1

Do all the Endeavor haters also hate Vegeta? He beat the crap out of his kid and has killed millions if not billions of people!

Anonymous

Committing genocide and slaughtering millions is such a fantastical concept that makes it easy to suspend your disbelief. Endeavor was a serial domestic abuser which hits closer to home for many people. Also, not condoning a character’s action =/= hating that character.

Karim kenneth baash

So in season two Endeavor did hit Shoto while at the same time trying to train him to take All Might's place. Then you hear him hit his mom. From that and the conversation she was having on the phone plus her hurting Shoto. We can clearly say that the abuse was both emotional and physical. That couldn't have been the only time she stood up for Shoto. I'm pretty sure there were other time. But that's the one he remembers the most that lead up to his mom hurting him. He even understood at a young age that she didn't do it because of him but his father is what she saw when she looked at him. I'm calling you out Nahid. I think your head over heels for Endeavor now but come on man you got to in the episodes themselves there was abuse. I think Endeavor has to make a lot of changes for not only his family but for the hero he truly wishes to be.

Anonymous

Yup she even mentions it. That left side of his reminds her so much of endeavor which is the side that is burned

Anonymous

😂😂😂I love all the Endeavor comments. It makes for a good discussion. All I have to say is Endeavor is a well written character. And I’m glad that people are so passionate talking about him. Can’t wait for next weeks reaction and discussion 😊

llB0JANGLESll

should've given the editor a bonus to drop the next episode today. I know that might not be popular to say but your competition did it and they never double drop.

Isabelle Tindle

I've never liked Endeavor, and the fact that he's trying to be better is making him tolerable for me. Given that, I don't think I'll ever actually like him since the catalyst that made him decide to change was actually getting what he wanted and becoming number 1. Sure, he wanted to beat All Might for the position so he technically didn't get what he wanted, but the man was a straight up abuser to his family. He started training Todoroki at 5 years old and when Todo's mom tried to stop him she was hit. If his catalyst for change was something to do with his wife snapping and physically harming her son who she loves then I might feel differently about him trying to redeem himself in some way, but as it is, and yes I am caught up in the manga, I still do not forgive him. I still like back to the sports festival and how Endeavor acted, calling Todo's actions a "phase" and saying that he'll beat All Might because that's why he "made him". If seeing your family who you now suddenly care about vemenently hate you, and your wife have an emotional breakdown and permenantly scar your prized son not make you rethink being an dumpster human? I'm not sorry to any Endeavor fans rn, but he doesn't deserve forgiveness. He's working on himself and I respect that, but it doesn't change that he decided to change after he became the top hero by default. If that never happened he would still be a walking trashfire to his family. If he had this revelation when his wife snapped, like I said, different story.

Shockzz1234

It's funny nobody ever goes this hard on say, Vegeta, for example. And Vegeta is my favourite character of all time, but he's not seen as nearly as controversial. But the things he's done are far worse than Endeavor's done. He's literally killed thousands, millions even, entire planets. He killed all those people at the World Tourney during the Buu Saga for no reason (no it doesn't matter if they were revived). And everybody (including me) still LOVES him, and loves his redemption. But all of a sudden Endeavor can't be forgiven or cannot redeem himself? Even though he's clearly changing? And like another comment above said, some of the same people hating on Endeavor for trying to change are the people who stan Askeladd (who is also one of my favourite characters of all time). I'm not gonna go into more detail about Askeladd because spoilers, but it's just so funny that people like Askeladd and forgive Vegeta, but Endeavor is where some people draw the line? Really? I know Endeavor's stuff is more "personal", after all abuse and stuff is far more relatable than blowing up planets, but still....a lot of people here and in general with Endeavor are being slightly hypocritical, i feel. Give the man a chance to change it around, he'll never be able to erase the past and he might never be forgiven by his family, but he can mend his relationships in the current (to the best that he can) and provide a better future for all involved, inclduing himself. He's clearly changing. Patience.

Anonymous

People are really comparing vegeta, A character who has killed all kinds of living organisms in the universe and destroyed planets with superpowers, none of that being remotely possible in real life, to abuse, something that happens everyday behind close doors and in public. Im dead.

Anonymous

I guess the reason why Endeavor is more hated than Vegeta is that Endeavor's case is very common irl. Beating his wife and kid, treating his offsprings as "assets", etc. While vegeta's sin of destroying planets and killing billions sound very dramatic and unrealistic to do irl. Though i see your point. Quoting from the discussion in BW's video, Endeavor is trying to redeem himself because he saw the error of his ways. When All Might retired, he can only look back to what he'd done to others while pursuing number 1 spot. Its going to be clearer in the finale of season 4.

BeesKnees

I mean if you wanted to scale it down to something more realistic, you could compare a mass murderer to an abuser. Though obviously people are still more likely to have experience with abuse vs murder.

B00ch

nahid is probably gonna get some shit for this one. do i think endeavor can get atonement/redemption? sure. i think they have to make him the number one hero, theres no other option. also only few people know about the abuse stuff. basically just the family and maybe midoriya? not sure how much he knows. endeavors actions still rub me the wrong way. although one of the reasons i do support this also is that Horokoshi got a lot of shit for this Endeavor stuff when first came out in manga, like death threats. also got some shit for things in a future arc. i feel bad for him

Anonymous

Sub is so much better, especially in these episodes with Endeavor. It feels like the English doesn't even come close to the impact that the real lines deliver which ends up sending completely different messages even when using the same words.

TM Romance

I hope Editor-san brightens up the last episode for you guys. >w< It's a hard job, but I hope they do!

Hunni

... Everything aside, I think if a mouse-man and a nympho wanna bone down as much as a specific wolf and rabbit, then by jove let the abomination unfold lol

Anonymous

Endeavor was a piece of shit. His mission was akin to eugenics, he wouldn't have changed from hurting his wife or son because he was already blinded by ambition and delusion bordering on insanity which is what real life monsters are. Ironically, he could only start changing when his main life mission, to surpass allmight fair and square, was stolen from him. And standing at the top, realizing that being number one was not just about strength and shouldering an entire society worth of heroes as the top dog made endeavor feel small. And he is small, his ambitions were destructive, he picked a life of shallow strength over normalcy. But people who have been redeemed in real life had to suffer that sort of ego death. No one chooses to be evil, every person except a few has done evil things while believing they are in the right. Endeavor already believed that his goals were more important than the well being of his family, the only way he was going to get out of that bubble is to have that goal taken away. In conclusion, had endeavor started to redeem himself after the incident with shoto's mom, he would've been a normal hero today. He was made to be nearly irredeemable, thats why his slow arc towards being a better person is interesting in the first place. Its interesting because of all the cross zones, hes saving more lives and stepping up as the leader of the heroes, yet us the viewers as well as him probably realize none of this will ever give him the redemption where he can interact with his family normally, but atonement to the point where he can die at peace, be remembered as a hero and a mentor rather than a hateful abusive douchebag is achievable.

Anonymous

I beg to differ. I don't really think the words hit the same when you read them as opposed to actually being able to hear it in a language you understand.

Champion Bescos

Agreed. Horikoshi is handling a delicate and very multifaceted situation with surprising finesse and depth. Condemning Endeavors actions though not condemning the man himself as you wouldn’t a person in real life fighting tooth and nail to make amends. Even then, it isn’t enough for many people. It’s tragic and it’s real. Some people just get too hyped up (on either side of their argument) to see how wonderfully realistic he’s writing this.

Anonymous

The manga and anmie make it really clear that what's going on with Endeavour and his wife is straight up abuse, to the point that she's begging her own mother to take her away from him. In fact she's straight up explaining that she's having bad thoughts about Shouto because of his resemblance to Endeavour on that phonecall which leads to the burning when he shows up and all she can see is the side of him that comes from Endeavour. Endeavour himself also is straight up beating Shouto up in an attempt to make him stronger, training a literal 5 year old like one would a teenager, and one who cannot say no to him. When his wife begs him to stop he refuses to do so, and later hits her for it. He ostracised his older children as worthless because they didn't have the perfect quirk he was aiming for, and effectively forced his wife to keep giving birth to his children until Shouto came around when they failed to manifest the correct quirk. He's a very personal, very real sort of abusive monster. But that doesn't make his arc somehow invalid, which really these two episodes are to show how far he's come from the abusive monster he was back then.

Shyakugaun

Endeavor best character in the show

Michael Diaz

Wow they blessed you guys with a double drop.... but you didn't bless us with one. lol I'm surprised Blind Wave finally did something better, considering how slowly they're going through Naruto. Kinda surprised the Editor couldn't handle a double drop days after the episodes aired. I guess because of so many other videos to edit, but then how do you guys get double drops done at all? Or for Naruto for example, triple drops. Which we haven't even gotten for a while for some reason that I assume is related to multiple footage and audio recordings per video. (maybe that's why it's too much to do a double drop of MHA right now lol) Oh well. Cool to see MHA back tho.

dnlphalo

wtf kind of excuse is editor couldn't handle it after 4 weeks of no MHA. Then either one of the original normies should get the fuck to work to edit it. Sorry boys just sounds like bitch shit to me for the amount of MHA missed in 4 weeks

Anonymous

Obviously you haven’t edit before. So stop complaining you and be grateful considering how much videos these guys upload per day and the conditions that they have to upload them now.

DANIEL PEEDAH

Vegetas whole world revolves around fighting and he never abused his kid he just ignored him there’s a difference. Vegeta doesn’t believe in eugenics, vegeta didn’t have a son just so his son would be stronger than him in fact contrary to your comparison he only had a kid cuz he loves Bulma so the comparison isn’t warranted, we meet endeavour after 15 years of abuse

PKKite

Blind waves editor for MHA is great he even color corrects the video for the guys since the broadcast versions have the anti seizure darkening during action scenes. So they get what will be the closest to the bluray version to react to.

Anonymous

Some ya’ll need to understand that liking a character =/= condoning their behavior/actions and vice versa. Endeavor/Vegeta/Askeladd are all pieces of shit that routinely committed atrocities, but are arguably the best characters in their series and my personal favorites. Pointing out that a character did something horrible does not mean they are a bad character or that people hate them.

Lewis H

Wow. So many people don't deserve you guys and you guys don't deserve the abuse given. If I've ever been unhappy with the content provided from a patreon (there have been a few) I just unsubscribe.

DarthCaedus

I’m gonna predict Marketta will never like Hawks, Chris and Mickey will enjoy him, Rana and Nahid will lowkey crush on him, and Suraj will be a fair weather fuckboy

Max

I wish I had Nahid's level of confidence whenever arguing about something I was completely wrong about.

Brownhokage

No wonder they dont come to the comments its so toxic here 🤢

L

I feel like Blind Wave is waaay more into MHA than some of the other stuff they do and it is actually a big series for them so I understand them wanting to just go ahead and double drop cause it works out best for them. If I can say anything I like their MHA reactions better than the normies but I like just how much they get into the series and really get hit with the emotion MHA can give to people. The normies just don't really have that.

The Ultimate Ed

First of all. Sure, double drops are nice. But I don't mind it when it's the last bit of MHA we're gonna be getting for a long while. Second, if the editor is busy, the editor is busy. They've got lives, too, y'know. Third... Nahid ships Midnight with every male she's onscreen with for two seconds. Last year he kept assuming she was banging Aizawa or All Might. It's just a thing he says. No one needs to get on him about it. He doesn't need to feel defensive about it. It's really no big deal.

Might've been better if they had waited till next week and done a double drop then. It would have avoided all this anger and toxicity in the comments, since people have been waiting for so long they probably were expecting a double drop when the episodes finally become available. Woud have been better to wait and drop em both at once so it doesn't feel like a tease. Just my opinion.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it Shoto's Mom who burned his face with the tea kettle? This doesn't excuse the years of abuse Endeavor subjected both of them to. In fact it was his abuse that led to his wife's mental break which caused here to burn her son. She burned him because she saw him as half Endeavor and in her extremely disturbed state, it was a way of fighting back against her abuser and (once again, with the loose logic of someone who is losing their grip on reality) saving her son from being like his father.

I fully agree with Nahid. Shoto's mom poured boiling water on her sons face. there is no excuse for that kind of action to a child. The mental and emotion abuse she suffered through could have been dealt with in a different manner. There comes a point in your life if your suffering to take yourself out of the situation. she could have easily left the house, got a divorce, move in with family members (she was clearly on the phone with her mother) so what stopped her from leaving. If she was being physically abused maybe it would be a different, but be even that doesn't excuse her actions. This is coming from a person for watched his mom be physically and emotionlly abuse as a child growing up and she never once laid a hand on me. Once a line was crossed that my mom couldnt take anymore, she grabbed me and we both ran from the house.

These Endeavor redemption discussions will just get more entertaining to witness once Touya comes into the picture.

In Japan it's just a different culture surrounding leaving a marriage. Especially since if Endeavor basically forced her into the marriage then there was probably pressure on her in multiple ways to not leave. Also what you mean "if" she was being physically abused? Go back and watch Todoroki's flashback in Season 2 Episode 11. After the camera panned away we heard Endeavor tell her to go away, a smack, and her yelping. Also Shoto cried into her shirt saying he didn't want to be someone who hurt her like his father.
