Free speech case law is not that complex. There are different levels of protected speech. The more "public" it is (related to a public issue, or political/religious), the more protected it is. Threatening to blow up a theater in the middle of a crowded theater and setting off a panic is not protected. Standing outside the theater on a soap box on the sidewalk yelling to all the people that theater-goers should be blown up and that people should band together and kill all the theater-goers is probably protected. Also, location matters. Standing in the middle of the street is less protected than on a sidewalk, which is ultra-protected. Inside a court room, you have no free speech rights. Kids don't get much free speech in school. Rant not complete, but I will cut it off there. Threatening to kill someone in the heat of an argument is probably protected because people say "I'll kill you" all the time to express anger. You would need more to show it was more than that.

she could have made up all that abusive stuff. i mean we are talking about a person who has a family with their first child but is able to sleep with a complete stranger within a couple of hours after she was in fight with her husband. must have been an pretty amazing car

I've lived in Tampa for years and everyone here has always had mixed feelings about Big Cat Rescue but the consensus has been that it was "one of the good places" and now after this show has come out everyone is talking about how they've known for years that she did it lol.

I don't think she did it, I think the documentary did a really good job of being entertaining and sensationalizing her part. There is zero evidence, and the only people talking bad against her are the family of her husband, who have a grudge because she' the other Woman, and the animal abusers that she opposes. I saw zero evidence in that documentary. And don't forget, her husband was a rich guy that regularly did shady stuff down in Costa Rica. My guess is that he crossed the wrong Costa Rican drug lord and they made sure he ceased to be. Let's be logical here, not sensational. But I guess that doesn't make as good of a story so.... 🤷

With the small amount we have it seems like it’s most likely she did it. The thing with the will, the sheriff brother coincidentally meeting her the day of the ‘disappearance’, the fake dementia claim from carol, the attempted restraining order, and the clear motive of carol possibly losing everything in the divorce. It is highly logical to suspect carol of killing him, I personally think so at least. Although it is funny to think that the husband is just sitting in Costa Rica rn watching tiger king😂
