There are 300 cryo spots, 1 was killed, Diyoza and her crew are the other 16. 283 prisoners still sleep.

In the end, the entirety of this situation, and where it gets to, is Raven's fault. She should have contacted Bellamy the very second that Diyoza tried to hack the ship. The terms were very clear, and her lack of ability to make the hard decision (which is one of her major character flaws) led to the attack. Additionally, Bellamy's somewhat misplaced trust in Raven led to the situation deteriorating as it did. So no, Raven did not play that correctly. She should have immediately contacted Bellamy when they broke terms. And that's not to absolve Bellamy of any blame here. After all, it was his bad plan and utter trust in the seemingly fool proof nature of said bad plan that caused this situation. He did exactly what you shouldn't do when dealing criminals, and that is not planning to be double crossed. Why not set up a periodic check in so that Raven can constantly update him? You have control over their people's lives and you just let her make the decision instead of contacting you the second they messed up your killswitch! Bellamy still doesn't plan ahead at all. If that had been Murphy's plan, Clarke's plan, Emori's plan, or even Echo's plan none of this would have happened. It may not go there, Chris, but it certainly comes close. Just wait til season 6... Based on this discussion, you guys are gonna absolutely adore season 6 (they went through a writers room purge and basically got a whole new writing staff including someone from The Expanse!!0 The flew back because they wanted to go home after the mutiny As for Abby's addiction, I believe it was supposed to be painkillers. They actually hinted at it becoming a potential problem back in Red Queen when she and Kane were captured in the greenhouse by Kara. Paige Turco, phenomenal actress who portrays Abby, actually did everything short of actually being a drug addict to try and get into the mindset to play this role (were talking interviews with doctors, former addicts, extensive medical research, etc.). Her performance this season is absolutely incredible and is one of the best things about Season 5, and pretty soon we are going to meet one of my favorite side characters in the entire series. As for The Dark Year, mums the word on that...

One of the best lines of the entire series Diyoza - Love the war paint btw
