Sweet! Thanks for the double!! A Sennight is a week, seven nights. That fight was amazing 😍 ... I hated this ending lol it was so abrupt!! Can't believe we have to wait so long now 😲😭 The ending was weird for me, can someone explain it ... Why was Gerald calling out for Yennifer? He wasn't at the battle, so was that in his mind, did he sense something had happened to her?

Amazing first season I loved it even better than GOT's first season. I love how this uses lots of magic! Too bad we have to wait 1 year for season 2.

I think it was a hallucination or some kind. Because he certainly was not in the Battlefield. And i think it's a mix of feelings/vision Ciri gets, i mean they are destined together so that's maybe why she heard/saw him in that vision.

One thing that you should be aware of is that in the books, Geralt and Ciri meet and bonded before. Geralt was already some sort of parental figure to Ciri when they meet at the forest in this episode.

I liked the Witcher logo from this episode because ciri is also known as Zireael in elven tounge which means swallow and the opening logo was a wolf and swallow

Imagine having access to magical power and your best move is to conjure one sword at a time. Then, after a dozen swords your magic is tapped out.

He doesn’t conjure new swords, He magically returns his sword to his sheath. That said his control over chaos probably isn’t as strong when his focus is split with an intense combat, so maybe he was exerting more of himself per cast than he normally would be. There’s also the consideration that his fighting prowess may also be magicallly induced.

I wish they had done it that way, the hug felt very weird to me, I really liked S1 but didn't like this scene at all. I think it would've made more sense if he had met her as a toddler or something .... or rather than hug, have her come up behind him, say "Geralt?" or something similar, he turns around and it ends. The hug was super strange for me.

Rana recognized the farm wife because that actress was in a few episodes of Black Sails. The farmer was the nights watch guy who saved Aria at the end of season 1 of game of thrones.

This is just my assumption..... Geralt is child surprise to Vesemir. I mean Vesemir may have asked for payment through law of surprise to Visenna[Geralt's mom]. Thatswhy she left Geralt at that place. I dont know may be I am speculating too much..

with how the law of surprise works it would be very hard for a woman to be surprised that shes pregnant but not know about it beforehand. its why usually a child of surprise happens when the husband promises it
