Ah this is so cool thank you! Just so you know the director's name is Julie Andem and she is absolutely amazing. She will appear more in front of the camera in the next bloopers.

I believe part of the reason why Julie was giving such detailed directions during the more intimate scenes was because the actors were so young... I think it was less awkward for them to follow her directions than "improvise" where and how to touch each other.

we didn't expect the bloopers to be such long videos. especially season 4 which is almost 30 mins long. we were only able to watch season 1 and 2 reels so far. we have to meet again for 3 and 4. only season 1 has been edited so far which is why there's only 1 video rn.

season 2 is in the pipeline. season 3 and 4 have to be recorded still. and we will also be doing the hei briskeby videos and isaks bday video. we're doing it all!!! please be patient while we get all this awesome SKAM content out to you!!!

Great reaction 😂 Cant wait for the next ones.. Yes, Julie Andem is a genius. Remember, besides directing SKAM, she wrote every season. She also did in depth interviews with loads of young Norwegian teenagers over a long period, to prepare for this show. And she followed SKAM fan pages and discussions on social media concerning SKAM throughout the show. She actually said she was considering changing the end of season one, if it seemed to matter a lot to the youngest viewers. She has a big heart💜

Yes, and some of the scenes in season 4 is made to look like fan art, and some of Isak and Even’s wall decoration is fan art.

For the casting interviews, Julie, the director, is asking them to stay in character, talk about themselves, and most importantly, to lie about the plot. She's testing their ability to sit and lie with a camera in their face. Because Tarjei says that Isak likes both Eva and Jonas, and that he's the one who has to fix things between them when they're having issues... And Lisa says that Eva is not the kind of person to steal other people's boyfriends, she says that Jonas broke up with Ingrid before getting together with her, and that they got together after that... All lies!

Stuff that's completely lost in translation: Lisa, who plays Eva, speaks with a distinct West Norwegian dialect, unlike all the other kids who are from Oslo and speak East Norwegian. They're doing a reading where Lisa tries to speak East Norwegian, but she's obviously incapable of doing it, which is why all of them are laughing their asses off. ...which is why the character was changed so that Eva moved to Oslo from Bergen as a kid to explain that dialect, and that in turn affected the scene where Eva apologizes to Ingrid in the restroom. That would have played out differently had they gone with a different actor for Eva.

I can't imagine what people who don't know/watch SKAM are thinking, with them reacting blooper reels that are 20-30min long enough to be aired as episodes 😂 Love you guys, SO happy to be seeing these come out and more to come, and really appreciate how y'all are giving credit to how good the directing/acting is. It's nothing like I've seen before!

Julie Andem was a really interesting a part of these bloopers for me because I love the direction that she gave and seeing how much she supports the actors.

We waited over a year for the bloopers. They were worth it. Andem leaves nothing to chance. Thank you for reacting to them, and Briskeby and the bday-video. I suggest you do them in that order by the way. Bday-video for last. And the best would be to save season 4 bloopers for the very last. It would be the best build up on your channel/patreon.
