Lil bit of info since apparently the dub messed this up: the person who just got fucking destroyed by the mask guy was a trans woman. Apparently the dub accidently refered to her as a guy in her first appearance and now they're trying to fix that. That's why Toga called her "Big sis Mag".

I agree Shigaraki still needs to grow as a villain, but he is indeed growing though. His last plan was much more than just random attack. He specifically targeted the kids at the camp to try to recruit Bakugo true, but he also took into account how the attack itself would make people lose faith in both UA and Heroes in general. The three episodes leading up to All Might and All for One fight did show that plan was working as a lot of people were shown criticizing UA and doubting heroes in general. While he lost Muscular and Moon Fish, his overall plan was much more than just random attack and showed he can strategize and use tactics. Even here while Overhaul made Shigaraki look foolish we saw signs of said growth. He kept a cool head despite being humiliated and ordered his people (who wanted revenge) to not attack and decided to regroup instead. In the past he would have thrown a tantrum and tried attacking them anyway. I’m not saying you have to like the character and hope you do not take it as that. I just want to inform you that while Shigaraki doesn’t seem all that different from the start that he is growing much like Deku. Also Nahid lol. Dude you have really grown to hate Todoroki. He is not my favorite character, but bro implying he has no depth at all and is the only character in 1A to be shallow is harsh as fuck. He has grown as a character if you rewatch season 1 and watch how he acts in season 3. I get being sick of his fighting style, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say he has no depth as a character.

There's a few upcoming episodes with after-credit scenes. I think it's the next few episodes at least, but they've been doing it a lot this season so it's probably best to check every episode lol

people calling overhaul transphobic for killing a trans woman bc she was abt to attack him and actually landed a scratch?? homie... the only thing transphobic imo is how the trans women are portrayed. the canon trans man in hero aca is portrayed well (tiger from the wwpc!) even if its only mentioned in his character page. but yeah i dont Blame people for misgendering magne when they literally give her a male voice actor, facial hair, and overall very masculine appearance (even if she does sound like she’s flamboyant and a gay man) anyways i love big sis mag

Two things, the tickling machine in the original material said Tickle Hell in the black bar at the top of it, also that secretary that got tickled wasn't designed by the creator but by a fan in a design your own character competition they incorporated into the series

u can say todoroki is flushed out atm but his development u gotta admit has been plain and boring since his fight in s2 also his personality is boring (and yes i think midoriya is boring too im not being bias). Previous seasons I just didnt enjoy characters but this season especially with certain characters now I feel like im connecting much better with them. I'm tired of them focusing on a character for 1 episode and then theyre development is basically stunted.

When half the crew is so damn sleepy that they can't keep their eyes open AND they don't understand simple shit that the series is trying to show it really isn't fun to watch as a reaction. Anime was much better when it didn't have a ton of bitches fucking complaining about everything that isn't in the norm of the real world. No Idea what’s with the todoroki hate bandwagon. One of the characters in this show with the most depth & for Nahid to say he has no depth? It’s just doesn’t make sense to say the least. What he hasn’t had the most focus? I swear man if it’s not “wish the other characters had more screen time” it’s wish the main characters had more screen time. There’s literally zero reason to hate on Todoroki. What his character has flaws? Welcome to storytelling. Where good written characters have flaws

You are 100% correct. The people in Japan and the creators of their own series have a right to do whatever they want in their series. The more popular anime gets means the more idiots that have to complain about anime when it isn't within the societal norm. It doesn't matter what it is because it is an anime and no one is forcing anyone to watch it. The people that enjoy it will continue watching and following the series while the people that don't should just shut the fuck up and move onto something else.

They are contracted to do a catch up episode at the start of each season.. Anime plays on TV and a large chunk of the viewers are casuals who have seen nothing since the last episode of last season when it aired... Very few are binging like yall so they appreciate it.

that is really wired, season 2.3 and 4 each of them the first episode was filler its not something new also the first episode of season 4 was the best one of them we needed that because we waited for a year to get season 4, for you, you only waited a week so you know all the characters so you need to understand.

Yeah, I was a little disappointed that the first episode was filler. But watching your reactions actually helped make the wait more bearable. But, I gotta tell you guys. That this season is gonna have a pretty slow start. Sadly, the anime- which had up to this point been a lot more "to the chase"- decides to pad that runtime more and more.
