Good reaction!! Pat - yes, Vane is known over in England. The big players: Flint, Vane, Guthrie, the other captains (not Rackam, he's new) are like celebrities everywhere, their names and escapades are hot gossip.

It's interesting how hard some can be on Flint when every character has done just as bad as he has. Even the "nicer" guys like Jack and Billy have lied, schemed and straight up murdered without hesitation. Jack advocated for Vane to kill Max in season 1 before Eleanor could find out they had Max in their camp. Neither raised an eyebrow while she was raped and beaten in front of them. The first shot of Billy in the pilot had him killing dudes left and right. I'm curious as to why Flint gets judged much harsher tho.
