There could be also consequences for people other than Bojack. Remember that Todd, PC and Mr PB knew about the choking

The good thing is that celebrities get punished for like A year and then no one cares anymore and Gina never wanted ppl to know about what happened which means everyone will know lol I just hope that this show has a ending that doesn’t end with death lol

Bojack can't run from his past.

'you can't run from the truth' , would bojack have the same fate as his hero secretariat?

I have a horrible feeling about THIS season's episode 11, once part 2 comes out. Please for the love of god, don't kill off BoJack for the finale. This isn't a "happy" show and I can only see these happy episodes as building up a skyscraper to throw us off of in one episode.

It's so sad how Gina lost a potentially life changing role because of what Bojack did to her... damn

I honestly don't think BoJack is going to suffer any professional consequences for any of this, though it may damage some of his relationships beyond repair especially with Hollyhock. The show has always been pretty clear about how the rich and famous aren't held accountable for the things they do, even when they become public. And as much as people draw parallels to MeToo we already have Harvey Weinsten going back out to clubs surrounded by people and getting the people who call him out thrown out of the building. And in a way, that's going to be worse. Even though he's not trying to self-flagellate himself anymore he's still going to have to come to terms with the fact that for all the lives he's damaged, there is NO ONE coming to punish him. Hell, he already practically implicated himself in Sarah Lynn's death during the flashback at the beginning of the season and nobody cared.

FYI the reporters are a reference to His Girl Friday and movies like it featuring that fast-talking style

I feel like the tragedy of this season is going to be that BoJack is becoming a genuinely a good person who still makes some terrible choices, but now that he’s consistently making a Herculean effort to not be his broken, damaging, uber-destructive self, all the evil he’s done in the past is going to catch up to him and cause him to end it all regardless of his growth. I fear that type of ending because people - even horrible people - need to believe in some form or fashion of redemption or forgiveness or they’ll never change. If BoJack goes through all of this in spite of his change of heart, it’s going to wreck him and - while realistic to life - it will be heartbreaking.
