*shakes violently with excitement* Super glad you guys are enjoying this series! I have to say, I always enjoy Rana's reactions lol. It took me a while to find the time to watch HxH because all I ever saw about it was a promotional poster and it never interested me. Then you guys started reacting to it and I needed another show to watch so I gave it a try and since then I've probably rewatched the show at least 3 times. It's now my number one favorite anime. Easy. So thank you for prompting me to actually watch it. On an unrelated note... I really hope you guys can react to "Erased" some day. It's a great anime and manga that I'm sure you guys would love! It's not that long either! I'm sure there's a proper way to ask about it, so forgive me if my suggestion reads as anything but airy. I won't die if you never react to it lol :3c

Yeah the character designs don’t really attract you to the story like other shonen anime. It is a really good story though.

People who hate on seven deadly sins misunderstand the entire point of the series. This show is not a typical shonen. The battles and conflicts are all secondary results of the Pychological traumas and changes that happen to the characters throughout their lives. If you guys get bored of the series or its character writing it's because you have been fooled by the characters defense mechanisms they have put up against the world. Why are Ban and Meliodas happy go lucky to an over the top ridiculous degree? Defense Mechanism.

This shows entire point is how people change, accept, and grow beyond the pains in their lives. The first season doesnt get into these things as much because it's trying to make you think one thing only to slowly flip it on its head over the course of the series.

for kites nen ability, the higher the number doesnt mean stronger. each number has a different type of number for different use cases. so when he says "ah bad roll," that means the roll he got isnt the best weapon for the current scenario. all of his weapons are good, he just cant decide which one he gets since it is random. figured id throw this info out there

Honestly I don't think the animation improved at all from ep 1. Maybe you were watching it at a lower quality before, the animation is fire from ep 1 on crunchyroll and some streaming websites.
