Yay, Better Call Saul!

Anonymous

Yeeeeesss!!!!!

Anonymous

Omg already thank you guys so much!

Jarrod Wild

Y'all didn't have to do the double drop, but many will appreciate it very much I'm sure. :)

David Caine

FUCK YEAH, Thank you! It's been a blast rewatching this masterpiece with you guys!

The Д girl

YES oh my god thank you!😄

George Byrd

Idk why but when Jesse and Walt meet it always gets emotional. That whole final segment with them made me cry hard. Maybe I’m weird for crying but Walt’s talking to Skylar and Walt’s death always make me cry more than anything.

Andrea C.

I’m so excited for BCS I haven’t watched the show yet but now I have an excuse to!

Jarrod Wild

That wooden box callback is insanely heartbreaking. Walt finally being honest with Skyler was cathartic. And in the end he got to die caressing that which he loved more than anything else: the chemistry. Hannah's pretty darn profound at the end, especially the male stoicism vs emotional intelligence.

Danny Jasper

This has been awesome, thank you so much. Haven't watched BCS so I *might* join that adventure with you.

H Blackwell

Fun fact. Mythbusters proved that the mechanical machine gun in a trunk of a car could actually happen the way the did it in BB.

Jen H.

Thanks so much for the reactions, Nahid, Rana, and Hannah! I finished the show myself just a couple of months ago, and it's been a blast rewatching it with you guys. I'm into Better Call Saul now, and I look forward to your reactions to that one! :)

Nick

Awesome ! By the way guys Better Call Saul is very slow in its first season, but stick with it. Season 2 gets more exciting, and Seasons 3 and 4 are fucking fire. Gotta give it time but when it picks up it's incredibly good. I think BCS's writing is occasionally even better than Breaking Bad.

Kelly Parks

The look on Skyler's face when Walt finally says, "I did it for me." Priceless.

Kelly Parks

Nahid, Rana, Hannah, thank you so much. You did a great job from beginning to end.

Steelburgh

Man I forgot how well they stuck the landing on this show. Incredible. Great series of reactions guys. Thanks for that.

AnEnthusiasticKoala

This reaction series will be missed :(, hands down greatest tv show of all time

MrEvers

Considering Walt's ego, his work and home situations and regrets over his career. If Walt didn't get cancer, I still feel his life would've gone to hell, it would've taken more time though.

StlawHatRuffy

Hana had her own Heisenberg moment with the machine gun and Tod scenes lolol

Ryan

Really going to miss these reactions, it’s been a pleasure.

Ruben Lopez

BCS is slower paced, kinda wished for a different show. Like the Wire, or Bloodline.

Anonymous

When you finish watching Breaking Bad: "I'll fucking do it again".

Michael Kang-Beats

Jesse is the one that got Jane off the wagon. Saying Jane is the one who would take Jesse down is RICH. lol

Ryan

Hannah reacting to the Wire is the dream

Anonymous

Hanah, if you want to broaden your horizons into more gritty and realistic drama then I highly suggest you watch The Wire.

Ryan

That show is just perfect for Hannah, I would gladly keep forking over money monthly to see her giant brain dissecting it. Hannah, Rana and Suraj would be my picks for the Couch Detail.

Kongolor

"You really weren't good at it Walter, frankly, you were fucking awful at it and got by mostly on luck"

Adam Vialpando

I only watched this show last year but I absolutely loved it. It is just so good. But I gotta admit, and I know this is probably an unpopular opinion, I think Better Call Saul is even better. I can't wait for you guys to watch it.

David Mrugalski

I haven't seen anyone comment this yet, so I will. The title Felina is a word that means ending, but it can also be split into elements: Fe Li Na. In other words, Blood (contains iron), Meth (contains lithium), and Tears (contains sodium).

Ugly Pig

Only in so far that he did drugs around her. But even then, he told her to GTFO before he did anything. She made the CHOICE to not only stay and join in, but also to introduce Jesse to other drugs he hadn't done before. They were both just really bad for each other.

radPits

As much as I want to agree with Nahid's sentiment of Walt doing whatever he needed to do to earn money, I cannot ignore the fact that Elliot and Gretchen did offer to pay for his medical bills and not to mention that Hank did promise in season 1 that he was going to support his family once he's gone. It's not like his family didn't have any other outs other than the cooking drugs. So there really is no other reason for Walt being involve in the drug business other than for satiate his own ego.

Ryan Roach

Which he admits to in this very episode. "I did it for me". Walt does have some personal growth, though. Back in season two, he couldn't stand the fact that Saul was laundering money through Junior's charity website, because he didn't get any credit for the money he earned for the family. Now he's willing to let Elliot and Gretchen take all the credit.

Laurel

2 things about Felina: The Marty Robbins song Walt listens to in the car in New Hampshire is about a cowboy and his love, Felina. At the end of the song he is shot and dies in the arms of Felina. Also, Felina is an anagram of finale. Had so much fun rewatching with you all❤️

Alex

If you haven't gotten your fix after Better Call Saul there's the upcoming Jesse movie which takes place after this finale.

yannick

Hey Laura, you may already know this but I case you didn't, here's another fun fact about the titles name. In chemistry, Fe = Iron, Li=Lithium, and Na= Sodium Translated, FeLiNa = Blood, Meth, and Tears

Tom Fehr

shout out for being great reactors to this. especially Hannah such brilliant insight and fun reactions. Seeing her lose her shit as Jesse choked Todd was hilarious. can't wait to watch you guys start Saul!

Meowarco

Does anyone know if they watched the "Remix"? https://youtu.be/WzhW20hLp6M

JTorch

Back in episode 1, if somebody told you this series would end with Walt building a robot to fight Nazis, you would have laughed in their face. Yet here we are.

Jesse Mathe

Felina anagram finale Fe iron blood Li lithium meth Na salt tears It's almost so perfect of an ending that one could assume it's picturesque people even theorize that want dies at the beginning before the cross country trip surrounded by cop lights before the keys magically appear in the visor. Film theorists did the math and theorize that based on the placement of the wound at the end and police response time it's extremely likely that walt wouldn't have sustained a fatal wound and likely passes out in time for med kit and speedy er transport. Jesse also likely wouldn't have evaded the police so easily. It's still amazing because they leave it open to interpretation. I hope you guys react to the alt ending Honest trailer, omaze cooking with b.b., pawn stars spoof, etc

Anonymous

Walt and Jesse took out street dealers, drug lords, a gang of Nazis, and played a role in bringing down a large part of the Mexican cartel...Walt. And Jesse. Two middle class suburban dudes lol...

Anonymous

Are you caught up on BCS?? Im barely on the sixth episode and thinking about planning a binge so i can catch up before the Jesse movie (i know theyre unrelated)

Jarrod Wild

The Youtube channel The Take has done a series of character analysis videos on Breaking Bad. A few of the videos spoil Better Call Saul though, but the videos on Jesse and Hank don't and are insightful to watch.

MrSkarred

Going to be moving on to Better call Saul?

Anonymous

Guys, remember that Walt was given two years to live with his diagnosis of cancer after his 50th birthday. And he dies on his 52nd birthday.

Anonymous

Hannah is 100% right about Jane's death being unforgivable/something that didn't need to happen. In the same way that we have no way of knowing what the kid with the tarantula saw, we have no way of knowing if Jane and Jesse would've been happy - because some psychopath decided his interests were more important than someone else's child. Walt had $480,000. He could've given Jesse his half and moved on with his life, spend his last 18 months with his actual family - but no. He decided for some reason Jesse counted as family, and that that gave Walt the right to know better. Ugh. UUUGHH FUCK WALT.

Anonymous

Hannah screaming CHOKE THE LIFE OUT OF HIM JESSE is my new text alert. It is incredibly jarring.

Big Mike

Nahid,Rana and Hannah, thank yall for 5 great seasons, I jumped on late but enjoyed every ep w\yall ..... gonna miss my breaking bad 3!

Anonymous

Did anybody else notice that the movie is called "El Camino" and Jesse escaped in a Chevrolet El Camino? Just noticed and the title makes so much sense now.

Jasmin Holmes

wait how did i miss this ???

Anonymous

"Never trust a drug addict" - Gus. Jane was a drug addict who tried to blackmail a meth dealer. Her bad decisions got her killed as much as Walt's inaction.

Diesel

i blocked Nahiid out the side of my screen like most of us do, but i still had to hear him eating and moving around.

Nikki Sonrisa

I really wish they would stop saying that Walt killed Jane. he let her die but he didn't actually kill her. they are two very distinct things. yeah, it was very fucked up and I'm not excusing it but at least get the facts straight before debating it.

Anonymous

when he shook jesse to try to wake him he turned her on her back. She ended up choking on her vomit. He killed herr

Kamolak

if america had universal healthcare breaking bad would never had happened
