guys nahid is right, the blond dude is a hunter. Remember way back then in the hunter exams when they explain the license they say very clearly that only you can use your hunter license... they said something like "you could sell it, or you can get it stolen, but is no use, only you can use it" or something along those lines

Remember guys all the benefits that come with being a hunter though. While some Trope members may be like Unvo and see no need for being a hunter when they take stuff others may take the exam and pass to use the benefits to help the Trope out. With the license any hunter can go into almost any country in the world no questions ask, trade information with other hunters which is very useful for finding targets or items they might want to steal. Ilumi (Killua’s brother) only took the exam because he needed a license to help him out on his next job. As we with the exam in the first arc the chairman doesn’t care about morality of a applicant and would have allowed Illumi to kill Gon after the exam and keep his license. Troupe members taking the exam have no drawbacks at all and get a lot of benefits.

Dunno if anybody has said this but Big Bang Impact isn't Gyo. It's a technique you haven't heard about yet but it's not Gyo. Just a head's up cause Nen is confusing enough without misinformation.
