Finally

Andrew Goncalves

March 26th My Hero Academia Two Heroes movie comes out on Blu Ray just saying. *wink* *wink* *nod*. What I am trying to say is you should most definitely react to it :)

Dorma

No way, not before they finish season 3 as there will probably be spoilers in it.

SinancoTheBest

Yess, time to make my Tuesdayy :D

Justin Neason

i LOVE it. That strat is one of the most underrated moments of this show, I was legit as hyped as yall when watched it!

Anonamai

Yass Tuesday MHA for the win!! I’m on smoko though 😭

Anonymous

you got to do what you got to do to pass the race, easy way or hard way and mineta took a easy way nothing matters when you are trying to pass

Anonymous

This episode is a great snapshot about how I feel about this show. Directing and production are on point, like when Deku makes his move at the end. On the other hand, it makes no sense how he caught up that much of you think about it, not to mention the fact that he didn’t get injured. Tl;dr I love the directing and production value, dislike the writing.

Generally speaking the family name is prioritized over the individual name in Japan

Dorma

About the last name thing, Its common to call people their last name in Japan unless you are close friends or family. Its not just a school thing there. Also, their last name comes first which makes it more confusing; it would be Midoriya Izuku.

Yolo Samurai

Hey, Mineta had the best plan in the game, why the hate? lol

Brian Poston

It’s typical for Japanese people to call each other by their family names with the honorific “-san” after. It’s like saying “Mr. Midoriya” or “Ms. Uraraka” and is seen as the respectful way to address someone. First names are typically reserved for family and very close friends and are often accompanied by the honorifics “-kun” or “-chan” which indicate a less formal and friendly relationship, with “-chan” being used mainly in reference to females or things the speaker finds cute. Fun fact: In the sub, Iida gives all his classmates the “-kun” honorific and Tsu does the same but with “-chan”

Aadit Doshi

That stunned look at the end was priceless, solid editting

scottrager

You guys have to start fucking letting Marketa talk lmao I could feel her annoyance in t his one

The support course isn't meant to train heroes. It's like the people who engineer support items to help out the heroes, they work behind the scenes not on the front lines. At least that's my understanding of it, correct me if I'm wrong

KillaKill

This show has one of the most realistic naming schemes. First and last name used interchangeably and then nicknames. They end up forming natural nicknames as well.

HybridThizzle

lol the whole perv points discussion

Zeke

Bakugo could've won it but he felt insulted by Todoroki approaching Deku instead of him and he wasn't having any of that lol

Champion Bescos

I believe Chris is right on this one; Bakugo wasn't sure if he could completely overtake Todoroki's speed so he chose to confront and fight him in the hopes of debilitating or delaying his opponent. Bakugo is confrontational, sure, but he's also tactically smart with an inherent sense of battle logic (as other characters point out throughout the show). Still, such an amazing race and such a great episode! Loved your hyped reactions guys. "I don't think it's rolling." That tense moment at the end where literally the whole group stops talking and stares at the camera. Perfect.

Champion Bescos

SPOILERS Below: - Anyone else excited for them to get to episode 10? Because that is going to be a HYPE, hype episode. Hell, even the fight before that should be exciting.

TOOOOOOOOOOOOOURNAMENT ARK!!!!

why would you spoil stuff you know that they read the comments right?

spoiled milk

suraj is such a troll 💀 i way dying when everyone stared into the camera to see if it was on and it abruptly ended

spoiled milk

yeah sometimes the writing is wonky (in the manga it’s great but there’s always those eye roll moments). the animation is so well produced as well like holy shit

Kishan P

I don't get what Mineta did wrong for Market to dislike him? I mean he used his quirk just like everyone else did....

Anonymous

As a lot of people have said, using last names is generally what you do in Japan along with honorifics like -san unless you’re talking to a friend or family member

Kishan P

Yeah I think they, mainly Marquetta (sorry for spelling) overreacted to that.

Chris V

For the cozy four, it's also why Leorio got offended when Kurapika referred to him as just Leorio when they had just met.

Michael Diaz

I mean obviously he went after Momo Yaoyurozu because he's a perv. But we already knew he was a perv. It's not new or more disgusting that he used her to cheat knowing this. It would be more disgusting if he was literally planted on her back and ass all hump-like. But he wasn't. He was just strategically cheating. So yeah it sucks, but it worked. And he's a perv, but he didn't touch her. So it's annoying but not disgusting... well anymore than usual.

MORE MINETA TALK!!!!

Sarina P

They already mentioned that they weren't liking him in previous episodes. He's really selfish and perverted, and the thing with Momo was what I think broke it for her. It was the point where I started hating his character.

Sarina P

Mineta's "two birds with one stone" line is meant to imply that he most likely did something perverted. Not confirmed, just meant to make you assume.

Shaun A

didn't you guys use to do 2 eps a week?

Anonymous

They didn’t, sometimes they’d upload two consecutive episodes like they did with the end of season 1. I think.

Anonymous

Am i the only one annoyed by all the hate they are giving everyones favorite character Mineta??? They really haven't gotten used to anime yet... Mineta is a a character that's often being used for comic relief and still gets some development and background as most characters in the show do. Why hate on a fricking joke?? So lame.

Anonymous

For me, it was more just about the fact that it's his only character trait. Mineta is a perv, and he does pervy things, always and constantly. It gets old, and then it gets annoying and frustrating.

Chris Poveroni

They barely show any hate at all. In fact they talked about the Mineta hate issue, and how people who have seen the whole series might be spoiling them by hating Mineta for things they haven't seen him do yet. If anything, they all seem to enjoy his antics.

godUsoland

At 12:04 I had the widest grin when Deku used the shield to slam down between Todoroki and Bakugou. One of the most memorable moments of the arc. Keep it going!

JumJumHigglyPiggly

The only thing more awesome than the reaction to the show is the reaction given at the end when Suraj said " I don't think it's rolling" :D !!

Anonymous

bring some double episodes, you still have many episodes ahead in this season and season 3.

Sachal Ali

Just a quick correction, quirkless still are not allowed in the Hero Course. UA, however, is a bigger school with other academic programs than just the Hero Course, so there are quirkless students with different "majors", so to speak.

PKKite

Buisness and support wouldnt require them but still some have them as we will see ect

Fotoshiki

I think in Midoriya's generation there are almost no quirkles people at all. The whole population on average across all ages and countries is 20% quirkless. Since quirklessnes seems to decrease over the generations I assume most of these 20% are people from older generations. I don't know, if you guys have already seen the scene, but at some point All Might tells Midoriya, being quirkless was more common when he was young than it is now, although it wasn't the ordinary.

Why did yall put Final in the title?

Anonymous

Lol commented on the wrong video, I meant to put that on the last 100 comment section.

Danny Hulliung

I seriously can't get enough of these guys cheering Deku on. He's such a likeable mc. Also I agree with Mickey, Best Jeanist is fucking SIIIIIIICK

Prodigal Sun

Micky’s obsession with seeing Best Jeaninst is real. Don’t worry dude, you’ll see him!

Anonymous

I love seeing you guys fall more and more in love with these characters every episode!

The thing about Bakugo, and you guys will realize this in the future, but while he may be hot headed, he isn't any dumber than Todoroki. He's also a strategists who uses tactics while fighting. Bakugo attacked Todoroki because he wanted to make a point that Todoroki should not have overlooked him in place of Deku. That he was the real one to look out for. In Bakugo's head, I'm sure he fully believed after he slowed Todoroki down, he would take first place. Ironically though, while he was mad at Todoroki for underestimating him, the one he was underestimating (Deku), came out and surpassed him. If Bakugo was as conscious of Deku as he was of Todoroki, then he for sure would not have wasted time attacking Todoroki. But obviously he didn't think for a second that a kid like Deku who couldn't even fully control his quirk would have a chance of catching up to them much less surpass them. If anything, that was his fault.

Something I'm noticing much more in anime and maybe it is in Japanese culture in general, they tend to be so formal that unless you're really really good friends they refer to each other by their family name, and usually the girls tend to be more social that they use the first name instead.

Aadit Doshi

yeah its part of japanese culture, you usually refer to people by their last name.
