The homie Nahid blessing us with a double drop🙏

Justin Neason

Thanks, yall, for having these ready for us during the holidays! edit: this episode is the point of this show that hooked me, everything about that fight was lit and it aint even over!

Doofus

Thanks for the hard work! Edit:the main difference between the older version and the newer is the older one had a darker tone and the first ep was more true to the manga I believe. But besides the first ep, I’d say they did everything better in the newer one. The first ep is worth checking out tho!

I am going to wish the full length came out at the same time this next arc 😭

Leaky Peach

Noooooooooo!!! How could you leave us with this cliffhanger!?😭😭

Jjj.

when it comes to the story, there is one big difference between the 1999 version and the 2011... it actually is a HUGE ONE, but it comes in the very first episode... it is a matter of the 2011 version skipping some super important information, but they adress it later on when it is necessary. Still, I always recomend watching the first episode of 1999 and then start watching 2011 from episode 1. In animation, 1999 is a bit more brutal in some part (the international version) is more gore sometimes. 2011 is way better animation obviously.

Jjj.

oh I forgot, the 1999 version is shorter, the 2011 version has a few more "seasons" but both are stright out of the manga for the most part

You can only be 100% good in the category you're born/develop into. You can kinda master 5 out of 6 but you'd only be 40% as effective in your worst category compared to your 1st. Top guys kind of blend their top 3 categories in their abilities.

godUsoland

I've been waiting for you guys to make it this far! It only gets better from here!

Yolo Samurai

(I KNOW this comment is not completely correct, but DO NOT reply with spoilers to correct me) Like Ive commented before, you guys are going to be learning more about nen as the show goes on, the learning process never really stops. Not everything you see in the show is nen though, like killua transforming his nails is just his own physical ability. You also cant fully master each category. A few examples will be shown later, so I'll leave it at that. As the show goes on you will learn more and understand so dont think you have to be in a hurry to learn it all at once! lol

godUsoland

The BIGGEST difference was that Ep 1 from 1999 was cut, but really you NEED to watch it. It gives context for 2011.

remember normies, you have your cathegory, and you could access the cathegories enxt to yours a bit easier, but it gets more difficult the further away you go from your cathegory. That will be explained a lot later but you should star from there

Heisenberg101

Yes you can kill in Heavens arena, Hisoka killed Castro like just 2 episodes ago lol

aSackOfReactions

Its kinda small, but i just wanted to put forward my appreciation of the password format changing.

Whim

I always love the subtle creepiness of the audio once the Hisoka v.s. Gon match starts- the way it just goes silent and all you can hear is the quick impacts of the punches, it really just elevates the intensity of the fight. Had me on the edge of my seat the first time watching

KBM

shits getting real when hisoka has an orgasm just saying

MarkyO

I have been waiting for this and next episode for so long... it's going to be so fucking hilarious
