ahhh!! been excited for you to see this episode since the first calvary mention back in season 1. also! currently in the marvel timeline you're a little bit before age of ultron. :) i love that you guys love fitz's development so far, i know that love is only gonna increase. his character arc is one of the best i've ever seen. skye's too.

This show just keeps getting better, I love the misdirection in this episode. You think May will make the hard choice in order to save the girl, but actually the girl IS the hard choice. And the plot comes full circle with May's backstory and it all gets introduced perfectly so the plots aren't completely unrelated. This show is ridiculously good at that. There are legit questions from season 1 that get answered in season 5, it's crazyyy! And yes, this season is currently before Civil war and Age of Ultron

Things are starting to pay off now in the show and that is something I love about this show. Also, Theta Protocol was first mentioned in episode 2x10. Coulson told Sam Koenig to implement the Theta Protocol if he wasn't able to make it out of the Kree temple. The writing for AoS is really thought out and they plan ahead for good story telling.

Great reaction. Glad to see you guys noticing the great circles that are created and built upon and closed. You never know though if they will reopen again. Little things; like the clairvoyant thing that you caught are so darn clever. Others; Theta Protocol was mentioned long before now,we just didn't know it had meaning. Coulson told Koenig to implement it if thing went south in Puerto Rico. Cal mentioning to Whitehall that he would see his family again in the Afterlife.. Everyone assumes he meant in death, but now we know he really meant the Inhuman hideaway. There are many others. In season 1, During the "ghost" episode. Melinda says to Phil, "I told him the same thing you told me in Bahrain, You have to let the girl go". Melinda's reaction to Skye getting powers? Much more understandable now. Enjoy the beginning of the payoff for all the world and character building that as been going on. Many chess pieces are on the board, time to play the end game. For this season at least.

You're a few episodes before Ultron, and it's still a year or so away from Civil War but they're already slowly introducing some of the debate topics that come up in Civil War like government supervision and registration of powered people.

The first thing May did when she found out skyes powers is grabbed her and ran just like Andrew said to do in Bahrain and when she was with the ghost lady in season 1. She ran to the barn with her.

Great reactions. The one thing, which may seem obvious, but the call back to all those episodes in season 1 where the agents call her "the Cavalry" and she always tells them not to call her that. You think it's because she's annoyed at the nickname, now you know the real reason.

5 episodes. 17 started the whole amazing rest of the journey to finish out season 2. 19 is and always will be a favorite along with this one. You guys are going to love the next two.

Its so rewarding to see how much your reactions have changed from the first episode of season 1. People were telling you the truth when they said this show just gets better and better. Season 3 is one of my absolute faves of any TV series.
