Awesome. Resubbed for this. My favorite community episode. Annie’s song... that’s how you walk the line between sexy/creepy/hilarious all at the same time. The dark story played totally for laughs. 2nd best TV musical episode ever IMO... only behind Once More With Feeling. Also Childish freaking Gambino doing his thing before people ever knew he could do his thing. Love love loveeee.

I hate that i know this, but almost everything in here was making fun of Glee the show. Every other line was a parody of that show, Glee was "the show" that their supposed target audience was watching at the time. Glee kind of took viewership from community if i remember correctly. Basically this episode was hard core shade at Glee lol, and i love it.

Did Glee ever throw shade at Community? Weird that Harmon disliked a show so much that doesn't appear to be anything alike. I never saw Glee so that's just my impression.

At the time Glee was also airing and killing them in ratings. They took jabs at them relatively often. They've done it a few times in previous episodes. hah
