I am having withdrawals because we watched so much of this show when Navi was here and now we're all waiting for her to get back so we can get our fix! Time could not fly faster, Navi come baaaaaaack!!!

the information passing sequence is still one of my favourite scenes in the show, there's just something I really love about it. Also happy FMA day you guys! Don't forget 3.Oct.11 (idk if u remember but it's the day the elrics burned their house down, ed has that phrase and date carved into his pocket watch)

all the armstrongs are very strong. if you remember yoki's(guy with the mustache that follows scar) little back story, he tried to rob the armstrong mansion. he ran into the younger sister and she hit him with a piano. XD

When General Grumman was groping Lt. Rebecca, he actually slipped the message into her back pocket. Btw he is Hawkeye’s maternal grandfather.

The reason the Armstrong fight was like that wasn’t to save on animation, it was always like that in the manga too. Rather the author made the choice they did to make the scene funnier- the over the top epic fight that is just casually being ignored by the rest of the family.

For anyone that watches Agents of Shield: When Greed hardened his skin just in time before the sword cut him, reminded me of when Carl Creel hardened his skin just before the sniper bullet hit him. Same slow motion effect too!

Olivier is hard on Alex for the same reason Alex is hard on himself. He didn't take a stand in Ishval, he just stopped and ran away. Even if he'd turned traitor and fought with the Ishvalans, she would probably still have some respect for Alex. Instead he participated in the genocide, found that he didn't have the stomach for it and ran away crying. Worse, he still stayed in the military afterwards. That's why Olivier is so harsh on her brother

You guys should also watch the FMAB OVA's. There are four of them and they're really good. Also the bloopers at the end.

I don't know if you guys were speaking generally but Ling is after the secrets of the stone for the same reason as May. They need to save their respective clans (May the Chang clan, Ling the Yao clan and the sworn foot soldier family LanFan and Fu come from). Ling isn't for his own individual gain becoming relatively immortal.
