I thought teacher unions were pretty good about getting decent health insurance. The pay sucks but health should be covered.

At this point only the viewers and Jesse know that Walter has completely changed. His family and friends who've known him for years still think he's Walt.

For those unfamiliar, Walt's choice of Heisenberg as his street name is a reference to Werner Heisenberg, a physicist from the early 20th century associated with the "uncertainty principle".

Hank is by far my favorite character in Breaking Bad. Such a big heart. You'll see eventually. :)

Nahid's sly smile when they first mention Tuco's name haha

Andrea C.

I love how Nahid writes the descriptions exactly how he speaks, I read it all in his voice

The actor who played Skinny Pete was in the Blacklist season 1 as a suit and tie gentleman. Completely different character from Breaking Bad.

Arresting Hugo wasn't Hank being a dick. That was Hank doing his job. You arrest people once you suspect them of a crime not once you've proven it so you can, interview them, collect evidence and prevent them from fleeing. That's how it works. If you only arrested once you have proof most criminals would get away with whatever they're doing. Yeah he got screwed but he was actually breaking the law.

Also It definitely had nothing to do with race. All the evidence pointed to Hugo being the obvious suspect and they just happened to find he was breaking the law in some other way. It's Walt's fault not Hank's. That's the point. That Walt's actions are never victimless and hurts everyone around him. It's a pretty major theme of the show.

Even if that's true, I'm sure there are loopholes in the coverage. Or maybe Walter couldn't afford the premiums...

Y’all discussed how Walt is doing all these illegal things with his time and lying about what he doing and where he’s going, and then act surprised and annoyed that Skyler is rightfully suspicious and persistent. Yeah, He’s dealing with cancer, but its tarnishing his relationship with his family with lies and distancing himself from them to get away with dealing drugs and covering up murder etc... to act like she should give him space and mind her business ignores everything that a marriage is about especially given how damaging his actions will be for their future as a couple and her and the kids. It’s dissapointing how most Breaking Bad viewers completely fail to understand the complex characters outside of Walt and Jesse. Skyler is literally doing nothing wrong, It’s so unreasonable to claim otherwise. She gives such an interesting POV to the story that deserve discussion of how his actions affect the family. It’s so integral to the whole story..and yet people ignore it cause it means consequences for Walt. People really love kissing Walt’s dumbass. She can’t get a pass for having some pride to? And wanting to be shown respect by not being deceived left and right by her husband? Hypocrisy all around.

you will really hate skyler by the end of the series.....never met a person who didnt that finished the series.

Liam Skoda

I finished the series, I think she mostly acted very reasonably.

It's a writer's job to make you sympathize with characters and during the first season they did not do a good job at making Skyler anything but one-note. We spend all this time empathizing with Walt, it's only natural to find Skyler abrasive when all they have her do is be annoyed. They figure this out as the show goes on but I don't blame them for finding her character frustrating rn, it's a writing problem

Tony

tbh A lot of hate for Hank while it's really Walts fault that Hugo lost his job, right?
