Honestly my fave episode of S4!! I hope you guys liked it!!!

Anonymous

I’m going to watch it now bye

Anonymous

This episode broke me, but then it gave me life seeing Toph 😩💚

Anonymous

Remeber in The Avatar and the Fire Lord when Toph asked if they really think friendships can survive lifetimes? My heart...

Anonymous

Holy Badger Mole-y! you guys rock! and all the way to 9?! Impressive

Anonymous

Yes!!!! I hope The Normies read your comment, because I want to see their reaction

Anonymous

Toph: Do you really think friendships can last more than one lifetime? Aang: I don't see why not After 80+ years... Korra: I can't believe it, Toph? Toph: Nice to see you again twinkle toes. guess now Toph knows the answer to her question hahaha #INEEDCPR

Yeah, look at that chick friendship. ;)

This, for me, is one of the best episodes in ATLA and LOK. I love this exploration of Korra's character and state of mind. And so much subtext and hints and argh just so good

Jose

"The mind can be a powerful ally or your greatest enemy" - Katara. I have to admit this is one of the meaningful quotes i have ever heard of in this show and it is in fact happy to see Katara, Zuko, and Toph helping Korra in any way. Acting as the only connection to her past live.

Adam is Magic

Why do you guys watch shows with subtitles if you already speak English and can hear what they say? It spoiled the surprise of Toph appearing a bit.

Anonymous

Aang in the picture was the thing he did at Kyoshi Island with foamy mouth guy, “NOW CHECK THIS OUT”

Etty Gafa

Really good to see you guys have your red couch back, the cozy four looks better now then when you guys were on the floor lol love you reaction !!!

MAY

I just realized all the elements have there own spiritual locations in the human world Earth: Spirit Tree/Swamp Fire: Sun Warrior City / Crescent Island / Bhanti Tribe Island Air: Different locations near or at the Air temples Water: North and South Poles / Spirit Oasis That's dope. Now that I think about it, the Spirit Tree/Swamp is like the first obvious place to look for Toph

Kanan Jarrus

Because sometimes they can’t hear what’s being said over the others talking

Eddie Gamboa

“That’s what do you call it? Chick friendship?” Rana’s face is mood. Hard. Lol.

Ben Wenger

That whole scene with Korra's mom at 5:00 cuts really deep for me and is still kind of hard for me to watch

Really love this season because it touches alot on real issues like PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and the long recovery road for it. Zaheer almost killed Korra, and unlike other threats shes faced, theres still "a piece" of what happened with her. What she has been fighting is the poison. It basically manifested itself as Korra, and is "weighing" her down. Its almost blocking Korra from getting better, not trying to help her. So excited for this last book and looking forward to the rest 👍

"If you say 'be patient' I swear I'm gonna water water-smack you in the mouth" Idk but it's funny. It's such a Korra thing to say. Hahaha

Anonymous

To me, this is one of the Top 5 best episodes in both TLOK and ATLA. It was both tragic, haunting, and inspirational. Pure masterpiece

Anthony

I'm pretty happy that LoK never had a season about the Fire Nation. I'm going to assume that Zuko was such a great and inspiring leader that they have had a relatively peaceful and non-eventful time, at least for the past few decades.

Love it, as always :). This is a really good episode. Where can I find out more about this sabbatical you're taking, Suraj? Or is that under wraps? Edit: I don't mean info about where you're going btw. I'm not trying to stalk x.x . I mean info about why you're taking it. Just a normal vacation, or did something happen?

RealmOfDawn

Oooh, they're slowly pickign up on the end-game ship :3 Can't wait!

lol suraj 08:45 :DD

dude I remember watching this online. I was angry I felt nick wasn't giving this show any respect. it added to my rage that Nicks video player on their website was just awful. most of the time the videos would never load. and then there was the leaks to deal with which was unfortunate. Idk this season was treated very unceremoniously it broke my heart.

I don't really feel for korra this season though I mean seriously in season 1 she got her bending taking away yes she was crying and sad but shook it off like it was nothing after she got her bending back like really. and in season 2 she literally got her soul ripped out of her and destroyed but learned practically nothing from it and we've seen her shake off much worse before

Anonymous

Your reaction to toph was good but imagine what it was like for real fans who hadn't really seen her for nearly 6 years it was only no more than 9 months for you guys probably a little less

Lalisa Truong

For a once physically strong and independent person, being reduced to this kind of state must've been really hard for Korra. I loved the fact that Bryke showed the struggle of it all as opposed to glossing over it as most kid shows would when it comes to issues of depression and trauma. They even stated that they could've fast-forwarded to a point where Korra was 100% better both physically and mentally, but felt it would've been a great disservice to those who were actually dealing with these issues. I really loved that broken mirror and Dark Korra chaining herself to Korra symbolism at the beginning too. Overall, it helped further show what kind of place Korra's in without needing to really say anything! She's broken and not able to escape what happened to her. Both Aang and Korra basically first saw/met Toph in the swamp! "Some friendships are so strong, they can even transcend lifetimes" ❤

Lalisa Truong

God their video player really sucked. It was the source of my frustration every Friday (-.-)

Hey suraj, can you pretty please stream the finale of korra? I want to see it firsthand. It will be more special I feel.

SER

Since you guys already filmed up to 4x9, I particularly can't wait to see the reaction you guys have to 4x7 ❤

Gene Bookwalter

So their past the book 3 tier writing and on that book 2 tier decline to the finish line :D :D :D

Phonic Reassignment

i want the next avatar to be as powerful and ominous as korra's demon spirit. with the chain too

Phonic Reassignment

peep the lava toph is using to heat her stew yes she can do all forms of earth. like katara can do all forms of water bending

Edwin Wickey

Well if they weren't before then this comment certainly let then know

Anonymous

I can really recommend Marco Polo, a great show gone too soon.

Anonymous

You know what I just realized the spirit took the form if a dog....but every animal in the Avatar world should be a hybrid

Holy crap. Who else is excited about this? <a href="https://io9.gizmodo.com/avatar-the-last-airbender-is-being-reborn-as-a-netflix-1829139229" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://io9.gizmodo.com/avatar-the-last-airbender-is-being-reborn-as-a-netflix-1829139229</a>

Rachel Espiritu

Everyone's mentioning The Avatar and the Fire Lord, but it still needs to be pointed out... At the end, Aang is standing with Katara and Toph when they have that fateful conversation, while Sokka is standing on his own being skeptical. Korra gets to spend time with Katara and Toph, but we never see her meet Sokka.

Diego

Me. I already wrote about my thoughts about it in length on this website: <a href="https://www.quora.com/What-are-your-thoughts-about-the-Netflix-avatar-the-last-air-bender-live-action-news/answer/Diego-Feliu" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.quora.com/What-are-your-thoughts-about-the-Netflix-avatar-the-last-air-bender-live-action-news/answer/Diego-Feliu</a>
