YES! You guys should definitely put Samurai Champloo as your next reaction series! it’s only 26 episodes and the music and overall series is incredible! i think it definitely has more blood than bebop though.

Just jumping on the love for Champloo. You pretty much have to watch that once you finish Cowboy Bebop. I like to think of it as a spiritual successor to Bebop. It's one of the best animes of all time.

I haven't seen Champloo since college and I would LOVE to revisit that again with the Normies. It also introduced me to a new music genre. Modal Soul I think it's called? The main theme was composed by Nujabes who sadly passed.

Lol feels so good to see all the love champloo is getting. It’s been forgotten in modern times but the story, the fights, and the jazz-hop beats by nujabes is a great blend.

The genre is still hip-hop. Modal Soul was one of his albums and all Nujabes did was bite Dilla and Guru. I used to stan Nujabes until I realized he was kinda a fraud.
