30k Goal Update (Patreon)

First off, a big THANK YOU for helping us smash our recent goal! Every month our number dips a little but we gain a little momentum each time to swing us through to our next goals! We will be updating our Monthly Goals next week as well as starting up some new content as promised with our latest achieved goal. 

We have decided as a group to no longer disclose the amount we are receiving on Patreon. When we first launched Patreon, we did not think it would reach the heights it is now. As we continue to grow we need to allocate these funds not only to sustain full-time and part-time salaries but other overhead costs such as rent, federal and State income taxes, new equipment and so on! 

At first glance, someone new visiting our page may not think we need any more help but they may not know all the moving parts that goes into running a channel with 20+ people. Another reason is that we genuinely feel uncomfortable when people we know in our town talk to us about revenue we bring not realizing all of the aspects necessary to run this business. It’s a small town and we would prefer our acquaintances not know the inner workings of our financials! That being said, we would never turn someone away if they genuinely like to know how we run this business but we would like to avoid any unnecessary assumptions. Hope you all understand where we are coming from! You will still be able to see how far we are from hitting monthly goals!
