Romance is in the air.  Britta's hypocritical side lead to some hilarious consequences.  And we kind of ended on a dark note with Pierce.  They have been building Pierce's addiction for a few episodes now and it seems a boiling point is coming soon.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the whole Bared Naked Ladies joke was supposed to be a jab at Big Bang Theory because that show was on at the same time as Community. And it was really effecting the ratings for Community. So it was so funny at the time when it was airing live lol

You are correct. The reason the joke works because of the parallels between Barenaked Ladies and The Big Bang Theory, which includes being award winners, chart toppers/ratings giants, having rabid fans and are often criticized about the quality of their content. Also Barenaked Ladies literally sings the theme song to Big Bang Theory

In regards to the Clean Needle Program, here in AUS they recently trialled Pill Testing at music festivals. Basically, people were able to get their pills tested without repercussion. Lots of new ideas being implemented, it's interesting.
