It's on Youtube. I think they forgot to post it on Patreon.

I have two children. And yeah you worry about them and the thought of losing them is unbearable and you need to take precautions to keep them safe. But this technology is taking it too far. I would want the camera or the ability to censor my child's vision. That's a complete invasion of privacy. And imagine if a very strict or... creepy parent had this for their child. I may be okay with a microchip that could be removed, especially with kids that tend to wander or are runners. People will say to just watch their kids, but you turn around for a second and they can be gone, and it's impossible to watch them 24/7. But I'd even be uncomfortable with a micro chip and I would certainly have it removed when they are a teenager.

Man, that tech would be like crack to control freak parents. There’s good chance I might’ve ended up with that if it existed when I was a kid. Mind you, I might’ve given them plenty of reasons too. When I was 4(3 months short of 5) I was supposed to be selling charity tickets to the neighbours on our street, and I hopped on the city bus downtown(city of about 100,000. Not New York big, but not tiny town either), before wandering around, buying a newspaper, and getting on the return bus about an hour later. One of the neighbours helping to look for me saw me step off the bus when I got back. Parents weren’t too happy(honestly I’ve got about a half dozen stories like that from before I turned 8...suddenly I’m beginning to think maybe I should have had a GPS tracker after all...and it does make the overbearing parent teenage years make a bit more sense. Nothing like stopping to think about what a story musta been like for the other people involved to rethink the way you remember things)
