#SundayRundown (Buffy 6x20/no spoilers) Though she says she doesn't, Buffy has in fact killed a human before. In 2x9 (the same episode we first see Kendra) she killed a human assassin that was attacking her while she was ice skating by slashing his throat with her skate (although it was self-defense). You could argue that she also killed the zookeeper in 1x6 when she tossed him in the hyena pen.

She also killed at least one of the knights in Spiral. She just straight up threw a spear into his chest if I remember correctly? Either way the show kind of brushed that one over (though it's also self defense). More morally ambiguous is that Buffy very much intended to murder Faith to save Angel at the end of Season 3; Faith just happened to survive the stab wound.
