NOTE: The Bleach reaction video keeps getting dinged for copyright on YouTube. :( Our editor is working diligently to fix that, but its taking longer than usual, so here is the rest of Premium Access. Will post the reaction on here when the YouTube Gods finally smile upon me. Thank you for understanding!

#SundayRundown (FMAB) Okay so some spoiler free info on real world alchemy. Alchemy is a collection of both science and mysticism that has spanned history and the world. What you see depicted in modern media is usually the goal to turn lead into gold. While this was *A* goal of alchemy, it was not the main goal. The creation of the Philosopher's Stone was considered Alchemy's Magnum Opus(Great Work). The Philosopher's Stone was considered the perfect material and key in creating The Elixir Of Life. In addition to physical and technological processes, alchemy was also greatly spiritual and psychological; alchemists attempting to create the most perfect version of themselves. Carl Jung, famous psychologist, psychotherapist, and Philosopher used the steps of creating the Philosopher's Stone as a model for his concept of Self Individuation(essentially creating the most perfect form of yourself.) The steps are as follows: Nigredo: The burning or scouring; the integration of the psychological shadow, where all the impurities are burned away. Albedo - The shining and polishing, where false ego is deflated and the new shadow-integrated perspective begins to shine. Citrinitas - The yellowing; this is the stage of education where one encounters "the wise old man" archetype that lives inside us all. Rubedo - The reddening. This is the final stage, the transformation stage. Where all the changes that have been taking place coalesce and take form, leaving you transformed into your perfect self. Or in the case of the alchemical process, the Philosopher's Stone is birthed.

Barragan's speech about all the espadas philosophies regarding the aspect of death was so dope. Yep Suraj you got it, Halibel's VA is Laura Bailey lol Suraj is the goat of spotting voices. Barragan legit has one of the scariest powers in Bleach. Imagine fighting someone who can age you out of existence lol. Also the fact that Hitsugaya asked what Harribel's name is despite him saying her name in the previous episode is hilarious. An error perhaps? Funny nevertheless

#SundayRundown for FMAB. New Lightly Toasted episode idea: Rana and the FMAB crew cook up a human being through alchemy. I'd tune in to that.

#SundayRundown for Bleach So here is some clarification regarding power levels. The Captain level can be divided into three tiers, Low tier, Mid tier and High tier. Some vicecaptains like Hisagi and Ikkaku are Captain level but Low tier. Some other caracters are also captain level like Renji, cause unlocking your bankai alone gives you low captain level, but it takes time to master it. Soi Fon is somewhat of a Mid tier, that is why her fighting Barragan is very dificult, also because for her is an awfull match-up. Toshiro is also a Mid tier but he's strenght is due to his versatility and that he is a child prodigy. Also Ichigo with mask falls around this level. Finally the High tier captains are very powerfull, not saying names because off spoilers but put in mind that; depending of the character; one high tier captain can solo 2-3 mid tiers. Another thing to keep in mind is that Espadas like Hallibel and Stark are not inherently evil, they are just in the wrong side, due to loyalty or other reasons. That is why Stark is somewhat reluctant to fight.

Rana wondering about the symbol that Lust and Gluttony have, don't worry no spoilers, but I have the same symbol tattooed on my left hand.
