The Greater-Scope Villain

The World Between Worlds is still one of my favourite things in all of Star Wars. If Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious manages to get his hands on it, he will become an omnipotent god and rule over all existence, with power over life, death, time, space, reality, and the entire universe. And he's still hunting for it to this day... So in a way, this was arguably the most important “battle” or “confrontation” in the entirety of Star Wars, even more so than Anakin’s redemption.

Without spoiling anything, the Son of Dathomir canon comic series reveals a deep past between Darth Sidious and Mother Talzin, so it is entirely possible that Palpatine was indeed “clappin’”, as Spidey so eloquently put it.
