First session with Sophie and so it is a bit more exploratory with introducing/discussing the concepts with her. Lots of blank stares and genuine enthusiasm about being hypnotized. While she has used youtube videos in the past this was the first time she was hypnotized by an actual person and not a recording. If you've watched previous content with Sophie, primarily from our 2nd session (either here or on my youtube), you'll be able to see she goes even deeper and you can see she's very responsive even for a first session.

Focuses on a spiral in the palm of my hand; mind goes blank

Number 5 erased from her mind

Returns number 5

Her name erased from her mind

Deepening

Clucks like a chicken

Becomes a (loud) chicken

When I tap my nose she feels increased relaxation

Starts sliding back into hypnosis as we talk

As I repeat the phrase "Stronger and stronger" her relaxation becomes stronger

She starts repeating the phrase, as well

Placed back into trance

Sessions ends
