How do you best curate a physical environment and mental space conducive to successful magick?

Location, location, location. I'm most successful when I'm in tune with my location. I have favorite spots (mostly in nature) that I frequent. If the vibe is not right, I don't bother with any working. If I'm unable to get to one of those spots (emergency magick), I do my best to create sacred space around me.

This is still very much a work in progress for me as regards to physical environment, but "location, location, location" makes a lot of sense. Attitude is important for having the right mental space. Although that may be obvious to most of you.
