What are the best reasons to think that magic isn't real?

Everything I thought of could be summed up as blissful ignorance with a dose of simplicity. Also not needing more shelves for more books and another crystal is always a boon. But too often, I may be confusing the path of the mystic with the practice of magic - I don't see them as separate, but I imagine many do.

Not sure if this is the way you intended the question to be answered, but the way that I'm looking at it is that most people when they go through the rote and ritual of magic, the best reasons that they would say magic isn't real is because they didn't get what they wanted/ ask for.
